We had the opportunity to have Kyle put in our furnaces. Not only did he provide professional and quick service, but he was a joy to talk and work with and I’m sure we will be using S&D for any of our heating and air needs!

I woke up to a balmy 56 degrees, in my house. I know it is difficult to find anyone to come on the same day when you call. Kyle is an amazing person, he stopped by my house to trouble shoot the furnace to determine, if it needed a part. Kyle drove to Alamosa to get the part, returning quickly with the part. We had them install two brand new furnaces in our home. The home was being remodeled and did not have gas service. When exel energy came out to give us our meter they would not do so because of the way the heaters were installed. S and D did come out and said they fixed the problem but yet again we were unable to get our meter put in. After trying to get them to fix the problem and being ignored we hired another company who came out and fixed the system. Several issues had to be addressed and several thousands of dollars later we now have our gas and heat system working properly. I would not recommend using this company.

Karie, we suggested putting the downstairs furnace in the closet first but you refused because you didn't want to lose the space, we moved it from the crawlspace into the closet without charging extra, moved the laundry room vent twice without charging, and had to install the upstairs vents twice because you decided to replace the drywall after we were already done. This was all before you paid your final invoice that was due on completion(2022) Im sorry your remodel project has taken longer and cost more than you expected it to. As for the gas service, we're not plumbers, we're not responsible for your gas service. The furnaces were installed to code initially. When I realized you weren't going to pay extra for all the changes you made I gave up on keeping you happy.
Tyler and partner left us high and dry when our brand new furnace that they installed 6 months ago is not working. We have tried to contact them several times and they will not return our calls. Two thumbs down.

We stopped answering your calls because your husband insisted we come up there to move a vent that the location had already been discussed and decided on. You decided to move the cabinets around and your husband wanted to pay us with weed. We don't accept Marijuana as a form of payment.
