Controlling Systems

We strongly recommend using Controlling Systems. We had a consultation with Ryan True who patiently walked us through our different options for installing AC units for our 2nd floor which gets unbearably hot in the summer. He was straight forward and extremely knowledgable while also explaining things in a way that we could understand. He also wasn't forceful or pushy about installing the most expensive option but instead wanted us to get what was best for what we wanted/needed. Great customer service!

Controlling Systems showed up when they said they would and Chuck Hoffman, a service manager, did a thorough job cleaning and inspecting the furnace. He did a great job explaining to me and answering questions. I will use Controlling Systems again and would recommend them.

I give high praise to Controlling Systems. They have great customer service all around. I had 3 properties to schedule and one phone call is all that was needed. They coordinated with my tenants and called back with a date and times for the appointments. On the day of service, Izzy went over and beyond to help me with all the properties. He was thorough, efficient and really helped to make my systems better than he found them. He is a superstar and I hope he can come back out to help me again in the fall.

We had Izzy and Andy come out to help us uncover a lot of the problems in our new purchase. We knew we were going to have a list, as the seller tried cutting corners at every turn, but Controlling Systems really helped us make sure we felt comfortable with our home. Izzy spent multiple days ensuring everything was sufficient with both our AC and our Furnace, and really went above and beyond to make us feel safe with the end results. We've already signed up for a continued membership to make sure we're covered going forward. Could not recommend enough.

Controlling Systems installed a Mitsubishi heat pump system last summer and we couldn’t be happier. Ryan was great in the estimating process and they were very competitive in price compared to other local Mitsubishi Diamond installers. Rudy managed the job and was easy to work with in terms of scheduling. Roman and Dom (if I remember correctly) did the install. Those two were great and even stayed late one night (during the Nuggets NBA finals no less!) to finish the job. Clear communication all around. The system has kept our home very comfortable this winter and our Xcel bills are much, much lower compared to the old electric furnace.

Izzy was the Tech that came to our house to check our furnace. Izzy was professional, kind, courteous, and he kept us informed of everything he was doing. Izzy was honest and extremely helpful making sure we understood exactly what he was explaining to us and would not accept payment until he insured everything was fixed correctly and working as it should be. I would gladly recommend Controlling Systems to anyone needing HVAC work done.

Absolutely 💯 percent love this company. Hired them to put in a mini split. Process was easy abs straight up. No gimmicks no hassle and no tricks. This company stays in communication and in compliance. My product and my install was perfect!! The entire installation team rocked!! For sure I will use them again!!! Thank you !! I met with the team for the first time today. I have to say, I was very impressed with their knowledge and recommendations. This is the third bid I am obtaining to replace a century old boiler, and the first two companies couldn’t answer technical questions other than ‘that option just costs more.’ I haven’t received a bid yet from Controlling Systems, but so far their intuitiveness and attention to the obstacles of my old home was appreciated! EDIT 10/15/23: Wow. Seriously. Bailey and his team were absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Their bid came in as one of the lowest and with the most top of the line equipment. Removing the old boiler was a daunting task they navigated expertly, took extra steps to make sure the new piping was routed per code (exhaust up and out the chimney rather than the side of the house), removed the old unnecessary piping, and the new copper pipes look like a work of art. We kicked it on and it is heating our home perfectly. They checked and bled all the radiators to make sure they were operating efficiently. Bailey has even been returning to clean the new filters from years of amassed iron sediment in the old radiators. They think of everything to make your new system run clean and have a long life. I cannot wait to see my energy bills go down this winter. Aside from the work being outstanding, they were all so nice and professional, available for immediate install, clean, and communicative every step of the way.
