Big boy pilot could not even load and offload his own aircraft. So big he could not get out his seat to unload his own aircraft. I do not recommend Bristol Bay Air Service. Pilots unhealthy.

Our business prefers to use Bristol Bay Air exclusively for our flights and freight out of Dillingham. We have been using them for 20+ years; the pilot is exceptional and the customer service is outstanding. If we need freight to get to our projects ASAP, we ALWAYS choose Bristol Bay Air. We have never had one item come up missing when using Bristol Bay Air for freight; something we cannot say about other air carriers in the Alaska hub.
