I had Coast to Coast install a new complete system yesterday and the whole experience from my first phone call with Allyssa to the final installation has been just a great experience. I have spoken with quite a few employees who have helped with scheduling to financing and more. I just want to give them a shout out as well- Donna, Peter, Faith, Rich and of course Allyssa you all were so kind and helpful. For install I had Nico, Anthony and Kyle who showed up on time they addressed all my concerns and answered my questions. I felt comfortable with them there in my house. Nico, Kyle and Anthony did a fabulous job on the install and clean up. Nico went over everything with me. He showed me how to operate the new thermostat. He showed me where the new filter was and went over the maintenance. He showed me the outside unit and what all was done. I am sure I am forgetting something. Thank you all so much! I am happy to be cooling off now. My puppy thanks you as well. I would recommend this company for their services.

Just had a new 16 seer Trane system installed to replace a 2014 Carrier system. The installation team of Nico, Anthony, Pieter, and R.J. was stellar from start to finish. Great communication, great attention to detail, and excellent teamwork on a large installation that included replacing ductwork as well as upsizing from a 2.5 to a larger 3.5Ton system for better air flow. I couldn't be happier with their work and professionalism. Thanks guys! caveat: very intense sales tactics. If you are unfamiliar with AC systems and refrigerants you may want to do your own homework before pressing the "approve" button.

Great company & I’m glad I know who to count on for my a/c needs! My tech Gerry was amazing and so honest … you can see they take their job seriously and service was TOP NOTCH for sure… THANK YOU:-) VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER! Had to add… we had another company come out to service my unit soon after closing on our house over 1 1/2 years ago and they NEVER told us we had another hidden filter slot so we were absolutely shocked to see that (this was only just pointed out by COAST TO COAST) needless to say I was very upset about the condition of that filter but happy we now have Coast to Coast!

We have had service from Andrew and Ryan, both of these men are very professional. They spent the time to explain everything to us and our options. They were able to fix the problem in one visit. The prices and service are excellent. The office staff is very good too. They spent time trying to talk us thru a problem to avoid a service call on a holiday, even calling us back several times to check on the situation. We highly recommend Coast to Coast Heating & Air.

Coast to Coast has lived up to their reputation, as they were recommended by Angie’s List with a five star rating. From the very beginning Coast to Coast was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. Gary was excellent in his presentation of replacing my dying A/C unit, which gave me confidence in my decision. Office follow up was excellent as well as service scheduling. The three man crew showed up five minutes early and began their work. The work was completed with knowledge,care and a desire for quality work. Overall very satisfied with all work, removal and installation of the new equipment. Highly recommend Coast to Coast. They will be my first call for anything A/C.

Coast to Coast Heating & Air has provided us with great service since the first time we called their company. The air conditioning/heating system they installed is working perfectly in our Florida home. When the temperature is 50 degrees in the morning and 80 degrees in the afternoon, our home stays comfortable and the electric bill is very reasonable compared to our last AC. I have been impressed with the customer service people in the office as well as the people who have come to my home. All the men and women have been personable and knowledgeable and I have been made to feel like a valued customer. Great company!

Coast to Coast very knowledgeable on heating and air company.They came in and looked at the system made adjustments for new system .Went in attic looked over duck work sealed duck work with mastic where the old system was taped and zip tied so now it’s sealed for more efficient system the guys stayed with it the whole time started 8:30am till 8:00 pm till job was done very pleased with everything Thank you coast to coast heating and air and workers AAAPlus

I'm glad I chose Coast to Coast Heating and Air LLC, their installation exceeded my expectations, their crew was clean, courteous and professional and I feel good about this company standing behind everything they sell and install. To edit: my review, the inspector just came to visit and approved the installation and mentioned that Coast to Coast was one of his favorites. 5 Stars indeed!
