Captain Cool is Awesome, especially for sending out such a wonderful, thorough worker like Preston. He was very nice and friendly and seemed to care about his job. Very thorough and did not rush through the maintenance on our unit. We really appreciated that. He was the Best!!

We appreciate the folks at Captain Cool so much! On Monday our excellent maintenance tech caught issues that were potentially dangerous. Today, Wednesday(!), two more excellent techs installed our new HVAC system. Everyone at Captain Cool has been pleasant, professional, and extremely good at their jobs!

Zack with Captain Cool came out and diagnosed a small issue with my AC unit and remedied it in a timely manner. He was very informative and courteous. I would recommend Captain Cool to anyone looking for professional service at a fair price.
