This company is stellar!!! We have used this company before and were very pleased . This time, e had a major A/C issues with our 6 y.o home and they came to the rescue in record time in the middle of July. They handled all the warranty issues on a faulty coil and although we had a little bit of communication glitch occur, they made everything right above and beyond. The service man who came was courteous, knowledgeable and conscientious and everyone we talked to in the process was kind and professional. I don’t know these people on a personal basis so this is an honest review. We will recommend this company to anyone who will listen. They definitely own their great reviews and i honestly don’t write these, like EVER. I’m so impressed!! Thank you!!

Our a/c stopped working and we thought we needed a whole new a/c unit. Ward was at our home within an hour of my calling and found that it only needed a quick and easy part replacement for $175. If and when we ever have a/c needs again, Sweat Cool will be the one we call! Ward is honest and personable. His wife took my call and she is also informed and helpful. Highly recommended!

I rarely get involved with my husbands contractors but as I sit here and listen to his call with Ward I am so taken aback by his time, kindness, cate and time he spends. We love Sweat and all his people. Class act

Called with AC problem, technician arrived around 1 hour later. Technician was very professional and identified the problem. Made repair and checked over entire system. Repair price was very reasonable and we were cool again. Thank you so much! Highly recommend for anyone needing AC issues.

I don't write reviews often but the experience with Sweat was great. My entire system needed to be replaced I got quotes and Sweat came in 30% lower and the quality of work was exceptional. In addition Ward, came after the work was done to make sure everything was working properly. We are happy with in our cool home!

Sweat cool hooked me up with a brand new system very quickly. I believe a 24 hour turnaround from the time I called for a quote to when they finished the install. Extremely reasonable prices. Very quick to respond with any questions or help I needed afterward. Would highly recommend sweatcool to anyone looking out there.

Mr. Ward and his team of technicians did a great job on my A/C system. Very reasonable price for my new system with installation. They went above and beyond for the price. They also had great suggestions for me as a home owner on things I can do myself to help keep my unit running at peak performance. They are just great people. Thanks SweatCool. 09/10... another update on this outstanding company.. once again they rescued us, educated us and got us cooled off again. Their prior visit and teaching things helped us ensure that this was a new issue. They were fast, efficient and a pleasure to have in our home. Thank you again Ward and team for a job will done!!! I cannot say enough about this company! After I struggled through a Sunday and Monday morning waiting on my warranty company to find a technician to address our A/C issue - mind you we had been without A/C in July in Alabama since mid -Sunday - Ward called me directly from a query I was doing online and let me know if there was anything he could do just to call. My warranty company finally scheduled someone for Tuesday afternoon. There was no way that we could go through another night and day without A/C we have handicapped and heat sensitive pets in our household. I called Ward directly and he sent his crew over within the hour and we had cold air flowing before 2 hours had passed. The team explained everything to us and what needed to be fixed and how we should maintain going forward. This company is the best! Thank you Ward and team for restoring our faith in companies believing in true customer service!
