Green-Tech Heating & Cooling

Good price but owner does not communicate at all. He shows up when he wants to and does the bare minimum. I've had 3 repeat issues that he said he fixed and have figured it out on my own at this point. His workers are great, but not too sure the owner understands how to run a business properly. Beware of this company.

DO NOT USE!!!! this company is a scam if I ever saw one.. $250 just to tell you something is wrong. they don't troubleshoot correctly and then charge you additional for additional service calls to fix what they should of the first time. update. I am modifying my original advice not to use them.. I would highly recommend this company... if you want to pay 3x the average rate of every other company while being called names by the owner. while they sabotage your system and hold you hostage. during our second service call, they disconnected cables, asked for $750 on top thr first $310 they charged us and when we declined they just left with cables unplugged leaving us without a working heater in the middle of some of our coldest winter days.. using this company could cost you your life! so far a $50 volt meter and a few google searches yielded more productive results than the hundreds we spent on this company.

My furnace went out sometime in the middle of the night last night so I needed an emergency visit. Sebastian came out and was absolutely wonderful. He was very knowledgeable and helped me learn what to look out for and how to better care for the furnace. I’m very grateful they were able to come out same day! Sebastien did the work for us and he was great: friendly, knowledgeable, a good communicator and prompt. In the past, I had several different companies come out to look at the furnace and multi zone thermostats and they were unable to fix it. Everything is working great now!

These guys are true professionals. Trustworthy and reliable. We called them to fix our furnace which had been installed incorrectly with continuous problems and they had it up and running in about an hour with no problems ever since. They went the extra mile to make sure every issue was taken care of beyond what was needed to simply turn the furnace on. Now we have had heat non stop for weeks and it runs like a dream. I will be using only them for our heating and cooling needs and referrals from now on. Thanks again.

Call them...now!! They will be the most honest and fair company you will call. We had so many issues with our furnace and AC. I had multiple businesses come out and give me the run around. I trusted Green Tech the minute they came into my home. I felt informed and safe, they were not trying to rip me off). I have a family and we had no heat in 10 degree weather. They were the only people I felt truly cared. They went over and above what was asked. Moving forward they are the only company I will be using. Thank you Rory and Sebastian.

Green tech installed 2 90% furnaces for me at Silverado 2, a difficult job to be sure but they met all our needs at a great price and the work was perfect, I would highly recommend green tech for any size job.

Working with Rory and the entire Green-Tech team was a fantastic experience and I recommend them without reservation. Communication is important to me, and I found theirs to be on point from initial contact to final punch list and everything in between. Green-Tech replaced my furnace, installed an AC system, and added a whole house fan. My home was built in 1890 an comes with many surprises in store for any contractor that digs in. This job had several surprises along the way and Green-Tech handled with grace and professionalism. I am very happy with my decision to work with Green-Tech!
