Quality Service Company

Quality Service Company sent a service technician (Clyde Padgett) out the same day we called about plumbing issues. Upon arrival, Clyde realized we had more going on than just a backed up toilet and quickly came to the realization that the pump on our lift station had failed. This all happened at the end of the day (4:00pm) on Monday and I was told that he needed to get a new pump and that I was his first priority the following day so that we could remain open for business. Sure enough, that next morning he was here before the doors opened for business and got us up and running (flushing) within the hour. I highly recommend Quality Service Company for any of your Commercial/Residential Service & Repair needs.

Clyde and Mike are pretty awesome! They are always quick to respond and they take such great care of us. They have great personalities and are both very friendly gentlemen. It’s nice to have someone on our side that loves their job and does not mind helping us out when we call. Quality Services is lucky to have them both.

We always get prompt and professional service from Quality. Hunter and David were the two most recent techs to tend to our HVAC needs. They quickly diagnosed the problem and worked to get our system functioning until the part, which had to be ordered, came in. They were also the same two who returned and installed the new coil. Professional, courteous, trustworthy, and dependable guys—exactly what you expect when the company name is Quality.

I have nothing but praises for Quality Service Company. Clyde called me the very day I called needing someone, and he and Mike came that very morning. Today we had a bit of a crisis, and they both returned and fixed the problem. I highly recommend them, and I’m very appreciative of how easy they are to get in touch with, and how prompt they are at responding! Excellent work!

I had old shut off valves in my bathrooms that were starting to leak. A friend of mine had recommended Quality Service Company for plumbing work so I decided to give them a try. I’m so glad that I did! They were prompt, professional, and thorough. Thanks to Clyde and Mike for their great work!

We had an issue in our bathroom and Clyde came and addressed the problem quickly. He was so easy to work with and made sure we were comfortable with what he needed to do and understood the work he did. He also had another young man, Hunter, come help out. They were both extremely polite and helpful. They were friendly to me, my kids and even my dog! We are so greatful for their quick work and definitely give a 5 star review!

On Sunday 04/02/2023 my ceiling collapsed in my girls bathroom with no warning at all, no water leaking, no stains in ceiling that would indicate a water leak, but after Quality Services Company came out and repaired and condensation pump that had went bad, and routed the condensation drain line to a straight exit line. After filing a claim for damages with my insurance company UASS they advised me that Quality Services Company had inform them that in their professional opinion that the leak had started more than 14 days before they were called. Can someone explain to me how a leak can go on for more than 14 days but not show any signs until the ceiling falls in. The bathroom is used every day and never saw anything in the ceiling that would be a sign of a leak until it fell in. Please explain by looking at the photos how less than $100 worth of plumbing supplies can turn into a $530 bill from Quality Services Company. As a 37 Year Military Veteran and a 26 year Law Enforcement Veteran I personally would never recommend Quality Services Company to do work for anyone. Their professional opinion will now cost me and my family over $2,000 total to have all this mess repaired because USAA has refused to pay for any damages.
