We waited almost 3 days for a technician. Our water heater is under warranty and before they would ship the part they wanted a simple pressure test of the propane. Three days is too long to wait. Called another place & they sent someone after hours the day we called. We waited another day & all Staley could do is call to ask more questions. Not schedule an appt.

I have used Staley's a couple of times and have a couple more jobs for them and I am very happy. They are fast , good communication about work, nice staff. Would definitely recommend.

Some untrained techs, high high prices plus receive a bill when plumbing still not working. You call up and get yelled at by owner.

I woke up to a sprinkler system that was beginning to flood the front yard. I called them around 6:40am and they were there within 40 minutes to fix the problem, and the price was VERY fair. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The guys came out and did the work even gave me some tips on what i could do to stop the banging pipes. My issue isnt with the plumbers it with the getting a timed appointment. They dont seem to know when anyone is available so they cant give you any time frames of when someone will be able to come by they just tell you someone will be by when someone is available on a certain day. The last time i called and actually spoke with someone about having something installed which was several months ago now i didnt receive a call back and no one showed up. So im going to now go with another company.

They came out to repair my septic, and completely trashed my side yard. They drove on my front yard, when they didn't need to and left deep tracks. Cut down a beautiful flowering tree leaving a tall stump. They made a complete mess out of my yard. I know they needed to put in the pipe, but did they need to destroy my yard in the process. If you need your yard destroyed Bob Staley is your guy.

Debra, I am sorry that you had a bad experience with Bob Staley’s plumbing and heating. Although we do not have you listed as a customer, nor do we have a work order under your name we can assume you are a tenant for a landlord we have a long-standing relationship with. We believe you are referring to a property he owns north of town, where we provided a sewer service replacement, authorized by your landlord. On march 7, 2023 we performed the excavation work at that property. It is unfortunate that his sewer service line ran underneath his yard and underneath his flower bush and propane tank. In order to properly prepare this service line, the excavation of that area was necessary. We completed the job, and the homeowner was satisfied. I am sorry that you felt the need to give us a one star on a service we provided, once again approved by your landlord. If you would like to discuss this matter any further, please get authorization from your landlord to discuss these issues with us at Bob Staley's plumbing and heating.

Called to get on their schedule to have them reinstall a heater after a remodel. Their company sticker was on the heater so thought they would be a good choice to work on it. Absolutely no response back in 3 weeks. Ask the lady at the desk when I first called what time frame to expect….she had no clue or just wouldn’t commit not sure which. If they didn’t want to do the work should have just said from the start. Still haven’t heard from them and probably glad I didn’t use them after reading the reviews!! Look elsewhere folks!!!

I highly do not recommend. When I saw the reviews I thought that I would be happy to give them a try because I am new to Fort Morgan and I wanted to support a local business. I will say someone did come out same day as I called, but he was pretty rude to my fiancé and I, even made comments about my home because it didn’t have a back door( in the process of getting one installed) he made us feel uncomfortable in our own home. He told me that my AC was frozen, changed my a/c filter and to leave it off and he would come back the next day. $200 later. He came back next day and told me I had the wrong AC filter size, but upon his original arrival he did change the AC filter for me, I told him it was the same filter that he put in the day before. He then told me that my unit was dirty and that he cleaned the condenser with a water hose, and I should be good to go. Still 90° in my house for the next two days, I called someone else out and they did not even charge me a diagnosis, they said I needed a charge and they did that free of charge and my AC is finally blowing cold again. What a waste of $200, I feel I am entitled to some sort of a refund due to the fact that nothing was taken care of, the guy never went into my attic to look at the unit. I had to call someone else to actually take care of it.
