I have used them twice to unclog my water system. 6 months ago and two days ago. The second time was not able to unclog it. But he only used a snake. No camera. No auger. Told me I needed a backhoe guy to dig up the pipe and fix it. That price starts at $2,500. I called Bob Staley and they came out and used an auger and unclogged it. I liked the way they covered the floors and really communicated with me to let me know the cost and what was happening. Even though I had to pay Rupple plumbing I still came out ahead having to call Bob Staley Plumbing because if I would have taken Rupples advice I would have to wait 2 weeks for the backhoe guy that I didn’t even need and a lot of money! All that was needed was an auger.

Carl was able to make it and within an hour of my call. He was friendly and did a great job. Reasonably priced.

Had a furnace igniter go bad, posted to Facebook in search for a new one on a Sunday when most businesses are closed or running short hours. Unable to find any, Bob Ruppel reached out with one and made quick action on the situation. We appreciate it very much, sir!

Normally, when you see high ratings and positive reviews, as here, you expect things to go well. But, instead, our experience with Rupple's Plumbing was surprising and disappointing. We called on Monday asking for an appointment and an estimate for several problems. On Tuesday, Carl showed up our front porch, unannounced. Not the usual etiquette and my wife was sleeping, but I invited him in. He fixed two simple problems that could be done quietly and he looked at two others. He said he could return some time next week, and he left. Time on site: 19 minutes. On Wednesday and Thursday we called to ask for an appointment next week and an estimate on the remaining work. No answers, so we left voicemail. No responses to those voicemails. On Friday we received the bill for $90 (which is a rate of $248/hour). We consider that an unreasonable amount for the time and effort involved thusfar. We called about that bill. Again, no answer and left voicemail. No reply to the voicemail. I wouldn't want to know what Ruppel's would charge for the remaining not-so-trivial work. We won't know that as we will be using a different plumber.

My hot water heater was leaking and Danette was able to get me scheduled, even though they're busy. Carl came over and was able to repair my heater and get me going. I highly recommend Ruppel's. They've been my go to for years

Carl was amazing to work with. I appreciated that I got to see what he did and he was so available even during a snowstorm. Thank you so much for making our house safe, repairing our propane and getting heat back in our house! You were wonderful to work with!
