Pete came and did some work for us in preparation for RISE energy to come and fit insulation in our building. He is friendly, professional and honest. I cannot recommend Pete’s Heat highly enough and will certainly use him in the future.

Pete installed a much needed water heater, converted my system from oil to gas, tied the gas line into the house, and likely so many other things I’m forgetting! He was incredible throughout - extremely communicative/clear in communication - he explained everything he was going to do, outlined how long it would take, etc. In my opinion, he went above and beyond, was thorough, and answered any questions/concerns I had. Pete was responsive and quick to come out to our house to troubleshoot and repair an ongoing issue we had with our heating system. He communicated throughout the weekend, even though I was a new customer to him, and came out the next day to complete a full inspection. He was extremely knowledgeable and offered much more insight and tips compared to previous companies we have used. We had another company come out 3 times and couldn't identify the problem that Pete located and fixed in a quick amount of time. We will be using Pete for all of our Heating needs moving forward.
