I can't recommend working with Climate Control enough. From sales to install to service and management, everyone I worked with was kind, helpful, and did great work. I have had lots of work done in my house over the last two years and CC is by far the best company I've worked with. They did excellent work at competitive prices and ensured that every detail was taken care of end to end. They followed through after install when I had some unusual issues and made sure to leave everything right - something that never seems to happen these days. I will use them again for my next project without hesitation!

Vince detected the issue with our boiler while he was still walking down the stairs to our basement (seeing the low water pressure on the gauge). We were back up and running with our heat very quickly and at a fair price. Thanks again!!!

We have used Climate Control Company for years, and Drew has been our service technician multiple times. He is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He answers my questions and discusses things, educating me on the various appliances in our home related to HVAC, water heaters, etc.

Contacted Climate Control late one afternoon letting them know the heat was out. Early the following morning, Drew, the service technician arrived and diagnosed the issue in less than 30 minutes our heat was working again. Exceptional customer service and Climate Control is a reputable company!

William did an after-hours emergency service call for us and competently diagnosed a major issue with our boiler which had shut down in Sub-Zero temperatures. He remained in contact with us throughout the entire diagnostic and fixing process, and he was completely cordial, professional and efficient. Just incredibly helpful and thank goodness he was able to maneuver through all the house with no one being there to show him around. We were incredibly grateful to have him perform this service for us, and we trust him and Climate Control to handle all our preventative, maintenance and emergency issues. Thanks again.

CCC has always addressed any problems in a timely and professional manner. I have a yearly contract with them. The technicians are friendly, polite and knowledgeable. The most recent technician was Chris. Very efficient! Very polite! The front office staff are personable. You can't go wrong with this company.
