Greg (electrician) and Nick (plumber) are great. Fix it is top of the line. Sometimes too pricey for me for new installations due to their very high standards but they are my go to people for maintenance. So happy I became a member

I had a sewer problem. Where the sewer was backing up into my tub. The plumbers came and had to take the toilet off to snake the pipes. I was told that my home being older did not have a cleaning trap which is why they had to take the toilet off. Apparently the snaking was hard so they went into the crawl space to check things out. I was then given a 6800.00 quote for replacing the sewer cast iron pipes that were deteriorating and staring to leak. I said I would like to think about it and asked if they send me the quote. I never received the quote. Later that afternoon my toilet was leaking. I called back to have it put back in correctly the person that was supposed to come called to get the gist, insisted that the plumbing was backing up again and I needed to have the pipes replaced right away. I tried to explain that the water was clean water but he got mad and hung up. I called back again and reception was very nice sent someone else. The toilet seemed to be reset. The next day the toilet rocked. I had to have them come out again. Now it seems to be fine. I decided to get a second opinion for the sewer pipes in the crawl space. The next plumber could not find any leaking sewer pipes. We turned on all the sinks in the house and they went back down and still couldn't find any leaking however they did find the cleaning trap in the crawl space. I was given a quote from the second plumber of 4700.00 for sewer and all the water pipes that were not up to code. So I believe Fix-it 24/7 was trying to scare me into having currently, unnecessary work done for an exorbitant price. I never did get that quote. Fix-it 24/7 are clearly not honest, are very over priced and can't put a toilet on correctly. I gave 1 star since my sewer is no longer backing up.

Every time we call Fix it they always arrive pretty quickly. Always very professional and friendly. I feel like they really care about helping you! Gabe was so great this evening having to deal with fixing a bad contractors work. Was super thorough making sure everything was correct and fixed. We appreciate Fix it and highly recommend!

I’ve been a homeowner for 10 years and finally experienced the dreaded sewer line replacement. 24/7 was the first to respond, and had the issue diagnosed and fixed within 48 hours. I was initially skeptical of the quick turnaround time; I didn’t have time to shop around and had no other experience with this sort of thing to know whether I was being quoted a fair price. But after hearing horror stories from other homeowners who have experienced this issue, it sounds like 24/7 is a winner. They took great care to minimize the impact to my property. When I called with questions about the job, Keith patiently explained what was now in place under my property. When I expressed concern about mailing a check for a large amount (I know, who uses a check?!), he came by to pick it up. I was a bit of a squeaky wheel as a customer, and Keith made sure I had peace of mind.

Michael was very friendly. He was also VERY, VERY dedicated to making the installation of our water heater a priority! He stayed until the work was done (approximately 8:30PM)! Other workers would have quit at 6 and returned the next day to finish up. Not Michael! He is a strong asset to the company, as well as a great representative! Thank you for sending him to us! Steven, along with every other technician at Fix-It 24/7, was amazing! He was so knowledgeable, polite and respectful. I totally understood everything he explained about my furnace and he had videos and pictures to back up his descriptions. This is the best company in Denver. I use them for everything and every person they’ve sent have been professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Awesome job Steven!

Michael saved the day! We were in the middle of a home improvement project that was not going well. He came in and immediately knew how to fix the issue with our plumbing and vanity. He explained things in a calm and kind manner without making us feel bad for how we had botched the project! He and his apprentice, Hugo, were so respectful of my home - they wore shoe covers, cleaned up after themselves and were patient with my dog. When they had to go out for parts, he clearly communicated what I should expect and returned promptly. My experience started out perfectly because when I called, I spoke to real person - even after hours. I cannot say enough about how kind, professional and helpful this team was. They have found a customer for life from me!
