Woke up with no heat, got ahold of Scott and JB first thing and they sent out a tech within 1 and a half hours. Gary was able to get my heat going again within a hour! Amazing quick service with fair and honest pricing! Thank you so much

I hardly ever send out reviews, but JB at Granby Heating & Sheetmetal has gone way out of his way to help me with my boiler problem on Saturday evening. 5 STARS

I called earlier this week to schedule an annual maintenance on my gas furnace & was told I’d receive a call back to schedule an appointment. I called again this AM & was told someone would call me back immediately. Scott called within minutes & said he could be here within the hour! I was more than pleased. Scott was timely, professional, & knowledgeable. He answered my numerous questions & reassured me there is up to 5-10 years of life expectancy in my furnace. I will definitely be a return customer next year!

We arrived to our cabin to find it a chilly 32 degrees- upon discovering the ignition switch was broken on our furnace - we called Granby Heating and Sheet Metal. We were sent a technician, Gary, in less than hour from our phone call. He knew immediately what the problem was and repaired the issue and restored much needed heat- grateful for their prompt response and knowledge

I have been working with GHSM since they originally installed the heating system in my home 22 years ago. It's an extremely cold environment in the winter and sometimes emergencies happen. They have always been extremely responsive and fairly priced. It's rare to find such a quality organization, especially in a mountain community. I just called for some routine service and the owner JB answered the phone. He problem solved over the phone then arranged to send a service person today. I'm not one who usually takes the time to write reviews, but with numerous great service experiences I've had with this firm over the years, I felt it was only right.

JB and Scott were great. My furnace went out, and I called JB on his cell phone and he walked me thru what to do. This was on a Sunday. They came out the next day and diagnosed the problem. Tuesday morning they fixed the furnace. Still have not seen the invoice for the work, but I have used them before, and they are always fair and reasonable. Don’t bother calling anyone else in Grand County for furnace problems, as this company is the best. Dr. John

The owner-Johnny came out promptly when our heater quit and the thermostat broke at the same time. He was very professional and kind. He took the time to explain the problem and gave us advice on how to stay safe because of a small gas leak . I could tell he really cared about me and my family. I absolutely will be using this business again and recommend any one who expects kind, courteous, profesional and prompt service to call Granby Heating & Sheet Metal. They get the job done and really do care.

I would recommend this business to friends and family. Ultimately they were a pleasure to work with, were fair in their business practices, and very helpful in trying to determine the most cost-effective solution possible. Granby Heating & Sheet Metal was excellent in terms of trying to diagnose our furnace issues so as to avoid a new installation. Given that our furnace is about 15 years old, we did need a new installation, and Granby Heating & Sheet Metal was great in getting it scheduled promptly.
