I was in kind of a bind because it was cold out and the heating system broke in my unit. My tenant and her children were very cold and using space heaters. I called several places in Grand Junction and they were either too busy or didn’t even pick up the phone. Jason picked up right away and he was able to get there within 30 minutes. He diagnosed the problem, went out to get the parts, returned, and fixed the system perfectly. My tenant is happy and I am thrilled. I will use CRU exclusively from now on!

Tyler was very respectful and did an amazing job! He was able to diagnose the problem and was able to find the part immediately. They were also able to come to my home the same day I called and were not booked out until 2 weeks down the road!

We had C.R.U. install new heaters (we have duplex) and new swamp coolers and also winterize the swamp coolers. Jason was professional, easy to work with, and answered all our questions. He completed the Xcel rebates for us. Great company, very pleased.

Jason at CRU was nice polite and Very easy to work with I had a small emergency pop up and needed someone to come out as soon as possible and Jason was there in less than 30 minutes He was able to fix it quickly and even offered to check some other things to be sure I got my money's worth for my one hour service call I'll definitely use CRU heating and cooling in the future. thanks again!

We had a significant issue with our swamp cooler while we were away from home. A neighbor called CRU (Jason) and he responded immediately to fix the problem. Since then we have gotten in their shutdown schedule. They are very thorough and expedient! Highly recommend these guys!
