As a first time homeowner I was apprehensive about having my ducts cleaned, because as the saying goes, "I don't know what I don't know". But Skyline knew what to do, and they did everything quickly, cleanly, and professionally. Sam and Johnny had to come back to my condo because there was too much snow on the roof to access the duct on their first visit, but they took the initiative in rescheduling their follow up visit, and got it knocked out the next week. Even the billing process was painless. Great job, folks!

He explained the entire process of my furnace repair and checked to make sure there were no leaks-testing for Co2! Highly recommend compared to competitors I've used in the past.

The entire Skyline team was fantastic to work with and we are very happy customers. Everyone was professional, courteous, and invested. We had previously been trying to work with another local company with significant issues leading to a standstill. This left us in a difficult position as we needed to have two furnaces repaired as cold weather set in. Thanks to April and Katelynn, Skyline’s office team was able to prioritize our needs and schedule us quickly. They were prompt in their communications and regularly followed up. Our technician, Jon, was extremely knowledgeable and took extra time to ensure that all of his work was accurate and the furnaces were running safely. He went out of his way to add us on to the end of his Friday schedule so that he could fix the issues before a weekend, saving us from extra days of no heat. He also followed up the next week to make sure everything was working correctly. Finally, all repairs were affordable and reasonably priced. We will continue to use only Skyline for all of our HVAC needs going forward.
