Jordan and the rest of the team over at Craigs Air Conditioning always provide excellent service for our Air Conditioning system here at Tetsumen (Hilo, HI Manono Marketplace). Communication is on point, quality of work is superb, and scheduling appointments for Service is seamless. For years we've had issues with the system not working properly due to a combination of factors.Thanks to Jordan's diligent approach to his job, we've seen a significant improvement in functionality. The 2-man crew were very professional and Craig's Air provided us with the best equipment and price. They installed 2 Fujitsu bedroom units (9K BTU each) along with all the coolant lines and electrical lines. The crew checked in with us several times to ensure we were ok with the installation process (cool that Keoni made sure we were happy with the location of the drain pipes, etc.). All in all we were very pleased with the entire process, from speaking with Nadine and Noah in the beginning to the completion of the job on the scheduled day. Mahalo Craig's Air!

From start to finish, Jordon was both professional and cordial. He was able to explain, thoroughly, what was going to be done, and the result we should expect. Nothing short of a great experience. I can appreciate the authentic and genuine skill set that Jordan comes with. He made sure everything in proximity of the servicing to the unit, was completely covered. The unit is running quieter and more efficiently. I will be signing up for a bi-annual service plan.

Adrian looked at our 24 year old RHEEM and determined that it could not be repaired due to low pressure of refrigerant and suspected leak. He cleaned the second AC unit and gave some recommendations. Now just waiting on estimate for new unit. Thanks James Beasley

I love this company!! They have been m y go to guys for the past ten years and always given me great service. It is however recently that I really had a situation that they came through and totally saved the day. I had a fire behind my tattoo shop that took out my entire air-conditioning system and closed me down for a month. I immediately called Craigs who sent Noah out the very next day to get me and estimate for the insurance company. I had about 12 people out of work and waiting to get approval from the insurance before proceeding with the ac installation. As soon as I got approval Craigs was able to get me scheduled that same week and ev en came out over the weekend to make sure I got back open. They sent me the most fantastic team of technicians that I could have asked for and they all worked so hard for two days straight to get me up and back in business. I want to give a huge thankful aloha to Keoni, Danny, Uncle Davi, Jimmy and Josh who just really worked so great together and even the electricians Teddy and Nathan, all just gave their hearts I cannot recommend this company enough

This is the best air conditioning company on island. For more than 10 years, I have used their services. This has included installation of split systems as well as maintenance and repairs for my a/c units. I appreciate the company's commitment to excellence and the professionalism of its employees. Highly recommended! We had our split AC installed in April and Craig's Air Conditioning exceeded our expectations from estimate to post completion. Like most home owners, we had three estimates performed with varying costs. Craig's was the only company that measured the interior space ensuring the unit we chose provided sufficient cooling. We have a solar PV system and needed to have the unit right sized in order to minimize power draw from the grid. Craig's staff promptly sent us a quote for a Carrier system with an outstanding SEER rating that would meet our power needs. They were also able to accommodate our family's visit by scheduling us in time for their arrival! The installation crew was professional, friendly, and performed clean work. Shoes were removed before entry into the home, floor protection was used, and all exterior materials were organized. They performed a complete clean up, AC unit instruction, and maintenance tips at the conclusion of install. The Carrier unit also qualified us for energy efficiency rebates. Craig's immediately notified us of the rebate, filled out the forms, and issued us a refund. Outstanding work and many Mahalos to the Craig's Ohana!
