We have been working with Rutan Refrigeration for many years. They are friendly, courteous and thorough. They installed in 2021 a new, larger HVAC unit for our home. We regularly schedule maintenance with them. Service personel are alway polite.
We've used a lot of AC companies on Oahu and Rutan is the best overall we've used. We have a pretty advanced new AC system at home which is most often used in commercial installations and they can handle its unique challenges.
We’ve been struggling with the same issue with our a/c, for years. Rutan was able to identify the issue we called about and a few others that they were able to quickly diagnose and then resolve. We are very thankful for their professionalism!

I’ve used Rutan for servicing my split AC units, multiple times and I couldn’t be happier with their services. From the time I call them, they are professional and offer good advice on what I need for my systems. Last week the technician arrived promptly and was courteous and knowledgeable. He did his inspection, deep cleaned the systems, ran a systems check at the end to ensure everything was functioning appropriately. Over this past week my family could tell that the house has been cooler overall since the service was completed. I highly recommend Rutan and will continue to use them for my annual preventative maintenance.

I recently used Rutan Refrigeration for semi-annual service and maintenance of the HVAC unit, and overall. I was satisfied with the experience. The team was professional and courteous throughout the process, and they completed multiple property listings in our portfolio in our property management company. Exceptional customer service from start to finish! From scheduling the service to the actual appointment date and the follow-up regarding the $75 rebate offer, Much appreciated! Overall, I would highly recommend Rutan Refrigeration for their excellent service and professionalism. I would not hesitate to use their their services again in the future.

I had a great experience using Rutan Air. Specifically, Arturo helped to quickly diagnose and ultimately repair a factory issue with my AC in a timely fashion. Very happy with the work that was done!

Justin did an excellent job cleaning my AC unit. My system caused my sinuses to be congested daily when running the unit. He left it impeccably clean, and now I can breathe easily. Thank you!

I was very pleased with Rutan Air Conditioning. They came out the next day, diagnosed the problem and had the unit ordered and installed today. The two men who came to take out the old unit and install the new unit were super polite, courteous and professional. Everything is running great. Thank you and I will highly recommend your company.
