Tech came then realized he lost his tool left and came back. Then he realized my furnace needed a simple fuse. Left again to go buy those because he didn't have any. Came back put the fuse in. Spent roughly 10 min in the house. I asked what the cost should be he said "$100" Bill showed up as $160. End of story being Parker Mechanical charged me $160 for 10 min and a simple car blade fuse.

They came promptly and fixed our heat about a month back when it quit just before a cold snap. I had to be at work, but my wife felt safe around them and said they were courteous and professional. They were very thoughrough in their diagnosis and repair.

The HVAC Technicians truly know their business and they go the extra mile to make sure things work properly. Great professional service at an affordable price.

Have used Dave and his crew for years. They did all my work while I worked as a store manager for a local, major grocery store in Lamar. They are always on time and do everything they can to get you up and running. Recently replaced my ac unit at my home. Their estimate on work performed was exact. They put a hole in my ac coils while changing out a part. Then tried to get 5400.00 to repair what they damaged. They still billed me for the part replaced, and when they called asking about the bill, I had asked when they were coming out to fix what they broke at which point they told me the owner would be in contact with me. I never heard from the owner and just found out the bill (148.00) was turned over to creations. So not only did they destroy my ac unit, they went after my credit score also.
