A recent HVAC contractor had to service my home due to airflow balancing issues. Which never got fixed or resolved. 90% of my dampers were closed from the attic and basement. Crown Point was the last technician to service my home earlier this year. If you close too many dampers, you can overly restrict air flow. When this happens, it could create a “whistling” noise because the ducts are too small for the amount of air being pushed down the duct.

Jason was extremely responsive and informative. Made sure everything was working and in order before leaving and showed up promptly after explaining our heating issue. Friendly, fair, and knowledgeable! Will continue using Jason for all future HVAC needs. Highly recommend !

Jason from Crown point drove over on short notice to help after 5 below temps froze a hydronic heating zone in my house. He quickly diagnosed the problem and reccomended least expensive thing to do....thats wait since there's a little flow and weather is warming up fast. It was fine the next day. All this was on a busy Saturday Jason didn't charge me full time and a half after hours rate or an hour since it was a quick stop. I understand gas and time are not free so Im happy to pay. Maintenance is now scheduled and I have piece of mind that if I have trouble they will help. I will 100 percent reccomend this contractor to friends and family.

Jason lived up to the great reviews that we found on-line when we were searching for a reliable, knowledgeable, responsive technician for our heating system that needed a new expansion tank, relief value, air vent and fittings. Jason came out on New Year's Eve, which was the same day that we called, and he provided a rapid solution for our wet basement, and leaking hot water system. We can highly recommend his services.

Jason did and excellent job replacing my boiler. He quoted me multiple options and explained the pros/cons of each. Once I selected, he was responsive at getting me what I wanted and held a spot for me in his schedule so we could get it done before the cold weather. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable and he accommodated all my requests. I got quotes from four HVAC contractors. Glad I picked Crown Point. Was very please with Jason's work.

Jason did an excellent job installing a new boiler in our home. He came out, provided a quote within a few days, and provided a great service. Jason was supportive and flexible around our needs and got us heat and hot water even during the holiday week! Our kids can take baths again and the family is happy!
