Updated a bid quickly. Thank you for the prompt service.
This company is awesome. Great customer service. Have helped us out of several situations.
$220.00 service charge to be on site for 3 minutes. Didn’t fix anything, hit his knife on the pipe of the hot water heater and said he didn’t think anything was wrong. Not a way to do local business with another local business.
Response from the owner
Victor, I understand that your water heater pressure relief valve was open and that our technician closed that valve. Your location is 62 miles from Limon. Our service charge in that area to a commercial locations is $220.00 . We do not charge mileage, just a service charge.
Dillon, the tech, came the morning after I called for help, and was very knowledgeable and quick to fix my furnace , thanks Plaines,
Response from the owner
Thank you!!!
Plains did a fantastic job of communication even when I was fed up with not having AC, they were polite and helped in any way they could. Due to supply issues we had to wait for our unit but once they received it they were prompt in installing it, were here at the time they said everyday, cleaned up each evening! The guys were amazing to work with. Our bill was exactly as quoted. Definitely recommend!
I called to schedule another appointment request, I was told there is 7 other clients before me in that day and a tech or rep agent would call me later that evening to see when the next availability was. No call that evening... So I called the following morning and then I was told that a tech could get to my clients house sometime tomorrow and they would give me a call for sure in the morning to inform me/client on an exact time. Next day arrived and no call in the morning...no call at noon... So I called back once again, and then I was told the techs would be out working till next week and they would get to it when they felt like it. Poor business communication, poor business customer values, poor workmanship/sportsmanship. I'll be using a different heating and cooling company from now on. I hope no one else has to deal with the poor business quality I experienced. Improve your business service skills and I'll think about removing my review. Have a wonderful day. Have had bad experiences in the past with my a/c not getting fully repaired by them. Now that they have Michael, I thought I would give them a try again. He was prompt and friendly. Unfortunately, they sent me a bill for $85 just to have him show me where the reset switch is on my furnace. I expected to pay something, but that is way more than I would have imagined, for 5 minutes, in the same small town where they are located. I have a small business and there is NO way I would still be in business if I did that to my customers.
