Automatic has always provided excellent customer service! I started using them years ago (Not sure how long honestly) but I have always been impressed with the people and the work they do. They even provided a roofing contractor for my roofing issues. Great company to work with.

Always top notch service! They replaced my entire heating and air units last summer and did fantastic work! My energy bill has dropped on average $75 a month. They also helped when I had a frozen pipe that busted back in January and it was a major catastrophe!

We have used Automatic for several projects over the years! They always come through with professional service and friendly technicians. Shout out to Robby for helping us tremendously with getting our air up and running before the weather heats up! The best part is that they all are extremely helpful with explaining how everything works!

This week I converted from having two 50 gallon hot water heaters on the 2nd and 3rd floors to one tankless. It took some effort to discretely find a way to get a gas line up to the third floor but these guys were awesome and found a way. Every step of the way they told me what to expect, showed up on time, took care of my house and cleaned up behind themselves. And the new water heater works great!! Update….our tankless heater works great. But also on our list was to replace two 40 year old furnaces and AC units. The Automatic team found the old units were improperly balanced by a considerable amount and replaced both of them this week with Carrier’s infinity system. And again the crew at Automatic were awesome and install went as planned and units are working great. And in the middle of it a different contractor I had at the house accidentally broke some plumbing, so I called Automatic and they dispatched their plumbing tech and quickly fixed the issue! Great company!

Truly a five star experience! I poured a ton of money into my heating and air conditioner unit over this last year only to realize that I was ripped off by going the green way. A tech (Blaze) from Automatic came out and fixed their mistakes but I knew it was time to replace my 30 year old system. Chris L. did a thorough inspection and talked about what I wanted and needed. My house was practically built around my old system. I was given choices from 'barely fix it' to 'the best we can give you' . While the bank financing was not great the price was, so we skipped the financing and just paid for it. One price, as quoted. No add ons, no mark ups, no gotchas. Robbie Rogers and his crew sent a message when they were on the way. They laid down protection for the carpet and got to work. Had to do most of the work through the opening in the attic. They had to cut apart the old system to get it out. They replaced the stack, the plenum, and a lot of the major ducting. No extra charge. Took away all of the debris and even vacuumed. Robbie wasn't satisfied until he finished showing me how to use the thermostat through my phone. Even the front office, Aimee, was great, attentive and knowledgeable. They were polite and respectful. Certainly this company has ownership and management that understands how to treat the customer and that shows in the team all the way down the line. Nice work Automatic. Thank you. Thanks to Automatic HEATING, AIR, and PLUMBING. They installed a Central Heating/Unit for My Rental Property in Memphis. It was like an Army of Workers when they showed up, worked together so professional, so amazing. I've been sharing with My Neighbors My Experience. The Ladies, Shelby, Amy, Kim And Sharon got those Gentlemen on Point. Billy, the Electrician and his Co-worker Robbie were very Professional also. KUDOS TO ALL! Automatic Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing recently installed a new hot water heater for me. Jared and Brian did a wonderful job! They were so nice and very thoughtful. I called the company with my problem, and they were out the next day to do the installation. Everyone I spoke to at Automatic was so nice and professional. This is an excellent company! I highly recommend them.

The process was smooth beginning to end. Chris Lewellen (Sales) was thorough and informative. Great customer service every time I called in and Shelby (management I think?) was also super helpful. The installation team led by Robert Rogers were careful in my home and respectful of my property. All in all a super pleasant experience. Came to hear of them by recommendation and would definitely recommend to others. A++
