MP provided an amazing experience. The service was for maintenance on my furnace and gas fireplace insert. And they did much more than just what was needed for me. My fireplace unit is burning as it should now. The furnace was checked and was given a filter which has been missing for years 😂. Sam didn't give up after a cleaning didn't yield the desired results from the insert and called a supplier. Within minutes he'd figured out what was wrong and the thing works like brand new. Huge flames! Jk . Good flames. He really did me a big favor there. Thank you, Sam. Did i mention the dude is polite to the end?

Great company, amazing people! They installed our A/C, upgraded components of our furnace, and have continued to perform our annual HVAC service. They are reliable and do top-notch work. During the 2024 ice storm, when we had a furnace issue, Sam and his team saved the day by responding immediately to ensure that we were only without heat for a couple of hours.

We couldn’t recommend MP more highly. When our furnace wouldn’t turn on late at night on a Sunday in the middle of Portland’s ice storm we called just about every “24 hour” HVAC we could find, and no one picked up until we came across MP. Sam answered the phone, quickly diagnosed the issue, and gave us instructions for a temporary fix until they could come out. This kept our home warm throughout the storm, which we were so grateful for. When they did come out to fix it they made sure to walk us through what wasn’t working, what they would do to fix it, and then showed us ways to mitigate the issue we experienced should temperatures drop as low as they did in the future. Fabulous customer service, and they did a great job. Thank you, MP team!

I would give 10 stars if I could! During our recent ice storm our furnace started going on the fritz. I called many different places before MP and I feel so lucky to have found them! Sam coached me through trouble shooting on my own, actually came out when that didn’t work (everyone else said they couldn’t come for days!), jump started it and then replaced it with a heat pump in the middle of another ice storm just days later. Incredible service, trustworthy, and high quality.

My furnace stopped working during the recent cold snap and they were able to walk me through how to fix the issue. I almost paid hundreds of dollars for an emergency hvac repair that would have taken a few days anyway. Great service!

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS. We needed a new furnace and Sam and his team took care of us even during the holidays. They’re the best team you could ever have to work on your heating and cooling problems. This is the only place I’ll call from now on. Sam and his team did a fantastic job on my AC install. I told him I was ready to move forward and they were there two days later. They included two years of filters, WiFi thermostat, two years maintenance, and more. They did an incredible job on the rock/bark presentation as well. All the other bids I received (Home Depot included) said they would only install AC if I replaced my older furnace too. They explained to me how it’s a “left/right brain” and it had to be done at the same time. Sam informed me they were just trying to upsell me and it wasn’t necessary. Honesty and integrity go a long way. You won’t regret hiring them for your HVAC needs.
