Mt. Hood Ductless

Phenomenal people, equipment and prices. I got 2 other quotes and they were DOUBLE what Mt Hood Ductless quoted, and for lesser equipment. The sales and techs - all of them - are also top rate. I would have invited them to dinner, but they had families and pets at home I’m sure. Go with Mt Hood Ductless!!

The installer showed up on schedule with an electrician and four or five hours later the job was done. The site was cleaned up and the installer gave me a lesson on how the thing worked, how to operate the controls, and how to maintain it. The heat pump looks great, works great, and the installation looks professionally done.

Several years ago I bought a Daikin Ductless System for my condo. I love it and have not been disappointed with its performance. Winter or summer I am always comfortable. As recommended I run it 24hours a day. I follow all directions for its operation and care. Dan Estes is wonderful and always does a top notch job cleaning it and keeping it in top notch shape which I do every 2nd year. I highly recommend Mt. We had a failure during the storms. They responded to the call right away. Came out as soon as it was safe and fixed the problem. Couldn't be happier with the heat pump and their after sales support has been excellent. We would definitely recommend them and plan to use them for the next project we have

I went through another company for my ductless system (which has since been sold), though technically Mt. Hood Ductless installed my system as a subcontractor. Honestly I heard it from them first that the other company had sold so when it was time to service my system, I reached out. Scheduling was super easy and quick, and service with Dan was prompt and good. I’ll continue to use them for the regular maintenance.
