Great experience with Moab Heat-N-Cool as the Jacob diagnosed the issue with our cooling system and had it resolved within 24hrs. Explained everything and was polite and professional! Would highly recommend 👍

I cannot say enough good things about Moab Heat-N-Cool. I used them to install the mini splits in my new home. There was a bit of problem with one of the units. They simply never give up! Colleen and Darrel have been outstanding...getting to the bottom of an issue that was with a relatively new product and with a problem that was not apparent nor easy to diagnose. They stayed with the issue until I was completely satisfied. They respond quickly. They are very professional and knowledgable. I highly recommend using Moab Heat-N-Cool for your HVAC needs.

Getting a service person to come to your house in this town can be a very difficult undertaking. I tried four companies before I landed on Moab H&C - before this, no one bothered to return my call. So I was delighted to speak with Samantha, who answered my phone call, and who told me of course! we can help! we'll be there in two days! She was so gracious and kind and helpful over the phone, which simply set the stage for a visit by Colleen, a master electrician, who fixed my thermostat in minutes, and who was a sincere pleasure to meet. Moab H&C will now get my business every time I need help - the other businesses in this town should take note. Thank you so much!

I have had several successful appointments with Moab Heat-N-Cool. I had my furnace serviced, blower replaced, Central Air added, and others. Kolleen is hands down, one of the most professional employees I have dealt with anywhere. Moab Heat-N-Cool wouldn't be the same without her. She goes above and beyond. Thanks for all the good work.

Moab Heat-N-Cool has been good to work with. They are responsive, and keep their appointments. We've had a few issues with existing equipment that they were able to service, repair, or replace. They are sensitive to costs and labor, and will try the least expensive options whenever possible.

Moab Heat-N-Cool have been all one could possibly expect regarding their friendliness , attention to our needs, and exceptionally prompt servicing and troubleshooting. We've been customers of Moab Heat - N Cool for about 10 years. They were involved in construction of our holiday home at that time, and since then over the years, we've had occasional need for their services. They also were able to install a whole home humidifier unit for us. Moab Heat - N - Cool have always been there for us whenever we are in need of their service and expertise. As well, they're prompt and cheerful. We hope this review encourages anyone considering engagement of a heating & a/c contractor to go with Moab - Heat -N Cool.
