One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning

I called in a panic on a Saturday to get my water heater fixed urgently because I have renters in my property. Cheyenne was super nice, helpful & professional. She was able to get some things moved for me. Patrick and Seth showed up within a few hours and had the water heater in and working. And I felt the price was very good as well to get something like that done on a Saturday. I am super thankful to them and would highly recommend them to anyone else needing plumbing work!!!

One Hour Heating and Air came to my house and charged me over $1,000 for a serviceI later found out should have been less than $200. I paid the over-priced bill while they were here. Seventy days later I received an invoice for over $200 for a second visit that never happened. They are trying to take advantage of a person who is disabled. If they will do it to me they will do it to you. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS.

Jacob went the extra mile thru out. From inspecting and trouble shooting the old furnace to recommending a new one when he had exhausted all possible repairs were not going to be cost effective. Jacob and his partner Elijah installed the new furnace. I was very impressed with their professionalism and knowledge. They explained the process to me all the way and did not mind answering all my question. Elijah even went above his duties to place silicone sealant around a roof vent that he noticed was lacking while he was up on the roof. Just a great experience overall my Mom was extremely pleased. As a side note both these guys worked there day off to do this install for my Mom. With Jacob even traveling to Grand Junction to purchase the furnace. EXTRA MILE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I highly recommend them.

I cannot give enough praise to Elijah and his team at One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning! I was not aware of issues my elderly father was having with his furnace. As it turns out, his furnace had to be condemned because of extremely high levels of carbon monoxide leaking from it. Elijah had the gut feeling that I needed to be contacted about this as there were concerns of my father not clearly understanding what he was being told. Ruddy was very helpful in explaining just what was wrong, with accompanying photos. He put up with input from family members and stayed calm as a final decision was made. Then he executed the repairs needed so I could be safe and warm. I also appreciated the cheerful assistance I received from Heather on the phone. I was amazed that the work could be done immediately. Thank you.

Andrew was absolutely amazing! Very respectful, cleaned everything up, and answered all my questions. He even went down into my crawl space to answer a question not related to today's job. Very happy and will only use one hour from now on!

Elijah Valencia did it again! He saved me money, even though my unit is older than my grandmother, he fixed my unit. As soon as my finances allow I will definitely be giving him a call to have him install the upgrade! I know without a doubt I will be treated fare and pride that goes into his work will with a doubt be money well spent. With peace of mind I can honestly say you should request Elijah by name if you want someone who is passionate about the work he does. Even at the end of his work day this man was happy to serve. The employees who did my work did a nice job. All works great and the project was professional installed , now I have added considerable value to my home. I know I will be more comfortable during all weather temperatures. This is my second time I have had One Hour Heating and Air do my my project, In two separate houses. I know who to call for a superior job.
