Quick service on my boiler. They did an amazing job on my mini split and helped with rebates and financing. Simply The Best!
I am HIGHLY recommending JP Dunn for any of your heating and cooling needs. My family just recently moved into our home and had never had an oil furnace before. We contacted JP Dunn for a cleaning and general checkup. Not only was Beth very pleasant to deal with on the phone, she made every effort to make sure the tech was there as soon as possible to help determine if our system was okay and usable. Unfortunately, we did find that the oil tank itself was a disaster and needed to be replaced. We were offered a quote very promptly and our repair was scheduled immediately. Within a few days of our original inquiry, I now have a working, clean furnace with a nice new oil tank. Their prices were very comparable to others and the service was absolutely flawless. The technicians were friendly, courteous and a pleasure to work with. They even left the basement cleaner than they found it! I can assure you we will be using them for all of our HVAC needs from now on.

I was kept apprised of parts ordered and was very satisfied with their practice skills. Customer service is excellent! I had a scheduled furnace cleaning. Beth stayed in touch with me when the tech was delayed by an emergency call. And again when he was on his way. The first thing he did was inspect the exhaust pipe which disintegrated under his touch. He got materials and replaced within an hour. The same tech repaired my water heater and boiler in another house, without trying to sell me replacements. Very impressed by this company!
Great company, friendly office employees, and knowledgeable service techs. Just had service done to my hot water heater. Furnace was working properly but I was not getting any hot water to my faucets & showers. Called at 8:30am and they scheduled me same day for 1-3. The tech, Jared (great guy and a good tech), was able to arrive earlier. He found the problem and fixed it with no comments about adding unnecessary parts. We also had JP Dunn install 3 mini split units and a condenser a few years ago. Great work with no issues. Thanks a bunch! John ~ New Hartford.
Great experience from the onset. Quote came very soon and they answered my many questions patiently via phone and email, and helped out with using the Eversource CT Heat Loan. Installation began exactly when scheduled, and any modifications I requested during the install were handled professionally. Respectful and patient with all the members of the house, including the dogs and cats! They spec-ed the Fujitsu mini split and outdoor system well. Cooling the house perfectly right now and looking forward to trying out heat in the cooler months.

called the company to set up a service call.We told them what we would like done. The garage was open the tech walked in worked on the boiler and left without notifying us. we received a bill for parts & services not done. we took photos and sent them to the company. They stated the technician did what he thought was necessary. when I questioned why I was billed for parts that were not installed. they didn't change any of the parts we asked to be done. They then billed me for them .We Called the office to figure out what happened.they insisted they did the work . we sent Pictures and tried to resolve this for over four months. .We called a second company and they verified the work that we requested was not done. this went on for 4 months. The final call they said it was a typo error. they were rude disrespectful They basically said we were lying and they stood by their tech. He then proceeded to hang !! up on me worst company I've ever dealt with!! he then has the audacity to put under my review that I had no intention of paying the bill. So now the customer is wrong worst customer service ever. They were defending their employee who sends out a bill with parts on it that were not even received. Use your own judgment. It was not an emergency service call either. I scheduled it a month and a half before they came. So again now the company lies about their customer. Use your own judgment but believe me you will be disappointed. He said has the audacity to say we had no intentions of paying our bill. We had all intentions and still do to pay our bill the correct bill. With the correct parts on !!

We went out on an emergency call and fit them in to clean their boiler and fix a water leak in the middle of winter. Our technician went out and cleaned the boiler which had been neglected and fixed the water leak. The customer stated that they thought it needed a relief valve but it was the expansion tank that was leaking. The customer then stated we didn't do what was asked. Our company does not replace parts that aren't needed. We are very honest and trust worthy. This customer never had any intention of paying their bill from the beginning. We went out on good faith to try and help this new customer. During the conversation trying to resolve this matter, the customer (Ann) started screaming and swearing at us. We tried everything possible to resolve this issue (even offered to go back) and all we received in return is vulgarity and talking over us. Again, I really feel they never had any intention of paying the bill. Its a shame that businesses have to take this abuse from people that you are trying to help and not charge them for parts that they don't need.
