They were very busy but were able to quickly get my furnace repaired the same day. I'm very appreciative of their service.

Great service at fair prices. Very knowledgeable. Came out same-day and switched our furnace from natural gas to propane right away. He's our go to for all furnace heating and cooling in our home.

We had used PBS to repair our boiler 2 years ago and we were very pleased. Three weeks ago, we noticed that one of our three heating zones was not functioning well. I called PBS and they came to inspect our system and quickly determined the problem and repaired it in seconds.To our surprise, there was no charge for this service call!

1/11/24 called pbs early.they said they would call me when they got to the office. Called 1 hour later, I described the heater issue . He knew what the problem was, happened to have the blower on hand. Came up 2 hours later and installed the blower ! Great fast service. Thank you pbs

They really came through for us. We had no heat in the Colorado winter. They responded quickly and gave us same day service. I highly recommend them.

Immediately found a very dangerous leak that was an installation by another HVAC contractor. Also return air was never ducted back to the Payne unit. Very pleased with them. Kevin Buckley

I would love to review their work but after waiting a over a week for our appointment- they NEVER SHOWED! Waited all day, they didn’t answer the phone either. As if I would trust them for any work now ! Thanks for nothing! This, after speaking with them about the job several times, which they assured us they could handle and would bring the appropriate tools. Now, after finally speaking with them today, it’s all news to them. Sheesh!

Had a good experience on a furnace inspection- I called once and someone answered (a Pagosa miracle). We scheduled the inspection a few days out, the tech called in the morning to confirm a time, he showed up at that time. The inspection was quick but thorough and he didn’t try to sell me on anything that wasn’t wrong or make up a problem that didn’t exist. I had a question about the final invoice total, called the office (was answered again in one try), and the question was resolved without any hassle. This is what you would hope for from a professional service but what you rarely find. I’m sure I’ll use them again in the future.
