Jose and Alex were great and did an awesome job. They answered all our questions and explained how to use our new thermostats. Everything seems to be working well and we look forward to a comfortable summer thanks to them!

The guys just left. They did an amazing job installing my split system. Unfortunately I think one man's name was Mike but I cant remember his partners name. (not great at names) I really appreciate the job they did as well as explaining everything to me upon completion. I will call next Spring for maintenance service and highly recommend Absolute Air if you're in the market for their services. A local company with a great reputation. Amazing service and great value! I recently bought a condo in which the HVAC system was not producing heat. Long story short after multiple attempts to try to repair the system I made the decision to replace the existing unit. The Absolute Air team went out of their way to guide me on the decision making process which provided the best possible outcome. I can't express my gratitude enough on all the hard work James, Lori, Chris and the install team put into this project! Highly recommend using Absolute Air!!

Excellent customer service. The young man, Carson, is very professional. Very polite and cleaned up any mess he made. My furnace is in the attic. The heat wouldn't come on. He fixed it in a timely manner. This is how companies used to be back in the day. Honest, friendly and quick!

Absolute Air Services just completed installation of a new Mitsubishi Split system Heat Pump at my home in Colchester, CT. Installers Jeff and Angel were very courteous and professional. Did a great job. Installation was efficient and they handled all of the setup and cleanup once work was completed. Very happy other than minor mechanical issue with indoor unit vane. I am confident this will be resolved in a timely fashion. Electrician also did an excellent job connecting the Unit to existing home sub-panel. He also was great during clean-up once his work was completed. Nicely done. During the First night of operation the unit performed as expected and maintained the living space comfortable and appears to be very efficient and quiet. Again other than the above mentioned mechanical issue installation was completed efficiently and professionally. Thank you to my installers, Jeff and Angel for a job well done.

Jeff and Alex did a fantastic job installing my system which is comprised of two splitters, and an outside condenser. They are very knowledgeable, professional, and focused. I couldn’t have asked for more polite and courteous young men to work in my home. They were very considerate and respectful of me and my property. It was a pleasure working with them. The units are quiet and working great. The best part is that the units are connected internally through a single closet. There is no outside evidence other than the condenser, which is in the back of the house where it is not visible from the front. Thank you Jeff and Alex. My experience with Absolute Air was quick and efficient from beginning to end. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Cesar, and his assistant, Angel have installed the new burner heat pump and air-Conditioning unit. They were prompt did they were gone time and solved the issues that were outstanding regarding getting everything working. Excellent work. Jay our service technician, did an excellent job of analyzing our furnace problem and explaining our options. He is friendly, courteous and patient. We appreciated his help.

Exceptional customer service and quality work. The Mitsubishi website referred us to Absolute Air for mini split installation in our home. Lori in the office and Josh, who did our initial consultation were very responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. We got a very detailed quote that included information about energy rebates. Josh also recommended Energize CT for low rate financing. Our pre-install visit and then installation went very smoothly. Everyone was professional, respectful, and extremely hard-working. The team was mindful of our kids and pets, tried not to track in too much dirt, and cleaned up every day. We are incredibly pleased with our new system. Highly, highly recommend Absolute Air.
