Yes Tom did a terrific job today. He was awesome at keeping me informed of everything that was happening. I have a mechanical background and was very curious about the process. Tom was very patient with my questions and very thorough in his explanations. Going all the way back to last year when my system was installed, everyone from 1 hour has been terrific.

I had to have them come out for the final time with this old heater. Brandon was great! Very thorough and we had to come to the realization it was time to replace the heater. Never any fun, but I know I'm in great hands with this wonderful team! Do not hesitate to use these guys!! Update: Jerry came out today to work out the paperwork for the new heater. Such a great person and did above and beyond to take care of me! These guys are a class act and really care about you as a customer. They're coming back Thursday to replace the unit and I know I'm in good hands! Final update: They completed the install of the new wall heater! Aaron and Ed were great! They listened to all my concerns and were careful to not damage anything, even with a tight fit in the old unit and wall. They were done much sooner than I expected and cleaned up before leaving! The pilot light needed an adjustment the next morning, so a simple call to the office and they were back out to complete it. Thanks so much for all the help with my ancient heater throughout this whole process!!

Had Derik vigil over at our house to look at our furnace! I have to say he is absolutely an amazing tech, he explained everything he was checking in detail. He's very friendly and has great customer service! Very happy with how One hour heating & air conditioning conduct business! I will refer them to friends and family!!

Jerry was very professional and found me the best price for my new furnace. He didn’t try to over price me like other businesses have done and I was very pleased with his dedication to find the best price for me. The install was also very good and timely. They made sure everything was set right for me. Will definitely be using this company again and recommend to others.
