R Buck Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical

May 10, 2024. R Buck installed a new swamp cooler and a LG mini-split AC unit at my home. The entire experience, beginning with the consultation and estimate by Dylan Heflin, the interaction with office staff via phone, the text updates on schedule and status of tech arrivals, through installation by David Decker, Sinica Malone, Steve Osborn, Henry Poteet and others exceeded my expectations! Every member of this team was outstanding, professional, friendly, trustworthy, and focused on quality and customer satisfaction. I feel confident recommending R Buck to meet all your heating, AC, plumbing, and electrical needs.

Korey and Journey are two of the nicest, most profession people that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Going above and beyond doesn’t begin to describe their work. They stayed at my home well into the evening so we would again have hot water. Their work ethic is excellent. I am thankful that they were the technicians sent to my home.

I have used your services for many years, and this team was exceptional! Guy and his team were very knowledgeable and professional. They resolved my issue in a timely manner and explained everything in detail. David went above and beyond to make sure all of our issues were handled. He was patient in explaining the issue and how to continue to maintain our systems. His concern to do the job 100% was reminiscent of old-fashioned customer service, delivered with a level of care and pride that is rare to find these days.

Jeff was very professional, courteous and friendly. He quickly identified and resolved the issue with the furnace. He was able to answer all my questions and take care of my requests. He followed up the next day to check on the furnace and conditioning installs. I was very pleased with the service. Dave, who installed my hot water heater, was very conscientious, polite and professional as well. He kept me informed of the progress and answered whatever questions I had. My experiences with R Bucks Technicians and office Staff has always been very positive. They have been attentive, helpful and awesome to work with.

R Buck was quick to schedule the appointment and showed up on time. Logan was great to work with, he inspected all of the affected areas and did a fantastic job explaining the issues and options available. He made all the necessary repairs efficiently and didn't leave a mess. Great company and I'll definitely call them again is needed!

I have used R. Buck for years for all of my plumbing/heating needs. I needed a new garbage disposal. Adam and David from R. Buck called before arriving. Both of them were very considerate and conscientious and left the work area cleaner then how they found it. Both are very professional and personable. They offered me options with costs and verified information detailed in the quote. In less than two hours they had the old item removed, all new pipes, and a better system than I had with a price I could afford. Thank you Adam, David and R.
