After 4 estimates for replacement of a AC unit, Valley Air was par with one other for lowest price. The team were very pleasant, and so easy to have them working in the house. Everyone in the company was responsive, informative and pleasant to work with. I've had the system running for 3 days now during this hot spell and am pleased with its efficiency. So far, an A+ experience.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience getting our central air put in. The men that worked on our house were very respectful, courteous, clean and very informative at the end of how to run the system. The owner was also very responsive and tended to our needs as soon as possible making us comfortable and very satisfied with the whole process, start to end. Rich and his team squeezed The Coffee Spot into an already jam-packed schedule in order to fix our AC for the comfort of our customers and employees. So grateful to them for their excellent and quick work!

Rich and his crew installed a split level ductless AC/ heating unit for our home in April 2022. They were efficient, professional, helpful and reasonably priced. After a few months I noticed cracking in the cladlite pad that the heating pump rests on. I contacted Rich and within short order he had a crew come out and replace the pad with a new one at no additional cost. This dedication to providing quality service and taking care of customers leads me to write this review recommending Rich and his team at Valley Air Conditioning and Heating to anyone in the market for the services they offer. Shout out to Valley Air Conditioning and Heating. They installed a ductless split unit A/C in my family room (old house, no ducts). It was only a one-day job but the team of two plus an outside electrician did a thorough and professional job. Their scheduler (sorry can't remember her name!) was also really pleasant to deal with on the phone. Warm and welcoming. But what REALLY impressed me is that they (snail) mailed me the warranty WITH A THANK YOU CARD! Team Valley - I still have the card on my desk! I can not tell you how many businesses I have dealt with where they have made me feel that I should be thanking THEM for taking my money :) - This simple act of acknowledgment was very powerful and guaranteed you a customer (and referrals) for life. Thank you!!

Valley AC installed a new ducted system and two split systems. Pricing was very competitive. Rich and his crew of four came prepared and got to work immediately. The crew was professional, courteous, and their work was exceptionally clean. We are a customer for life and highly recommend Valley Air conditioning and Heating for your needs. Very impressed.

Rich and Valley Air conditioning & Heating is the best in the Farmington Valley and beyond. When I purchased my first house, I knew to call Valley to have them service my unit. From trouble with my furnace in the winter and to AC on the fritz in the summer.... Valley is always there for me. Rich was out in about 3 hours after I called with an issue...24 hours later...Rich not only got us back up and running...saved us a massive headache when he discovered the vendor used by the previous owner had installed a fan backwards! Valley is the best!

I was very impressed with the staff that installed our central air conditioning system in our home. They were knowledgeable about the process and the equipment that was being installed. They spent time with us to explain our new system and demonstrations on how to work our new unit. The gentlemen were polite and professional. The part that impressed me besides their knowledge, was how neat and clean they were during their time with us. They respected our home as if it were their own. I highly recommend this company for their quality work.
