Very professional…good organized Company. They installed high efficiency Lenox furnace at my home and second zone in the basement with smart thermostats. Everything was done in 2 days. Highly recommend !!!

Our 35+ years boiler started flaking out and after a shoddy repair by another vendor, we decided to bite the bullet and put in a new boiler. We had 5 companies give us quotes. From beginning to finish, Glasco was courteous, informative and professional. They walked us through the EnergizeCT Heat Loan program and made sure we got all rebates/credits available. The guys that came out to do the quote, preliminary markup, and install ALL did a great job. I would recommend Glasco any day. PLEASE do yourself a favor, if you need HVAC work done, have Glasco give you a quote. Their prices and products were much better than the other companies that need to be on TV all the time!!

Great to work with, prompt and clean. I do wish there was better communication on placement of the condenser. Once it was decided upon where to place it and installed, I was told that by having the rear of the unit open to our yard it would be susceptible to damage and not recommended. And we should have tried to find a different spot or mount on a house bracket. All in all great experience, but this information would have been very beneficial prior to install. As a customer, I look toward the professional for best information and this would have been nice to know prior to installation. Would have been 5 stars if I was not worried about a ball or a rock from the mower damaging my investment.

I decided to have my furnace and air conditioning unit replaced before I experienced a breakdown. I met with Paul who gave me an estimate and was very helpful, pleasant, and professional. Everyone I dealt with, from the women who arranged everything by phone to the gentleman who measured for the installation to the gentlemen who installed the units were terrific. They were efficient and meticulous. The experience was a good one and definitely not stressful even though it was done in the middle of winter with snow on the ground. I definitely would recommend Glasco!!!

I had a great experience working with Glasco Heating & Air Conditioning. Their employees were extremely knowledgeable and professional. The work was done in a timely manner. The technicians were respectful of my home and even left it cleaner than they found it. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family! Five Stars for sure!

After having some very negative experiences with other heating companies in the area that we live in, we were skeptical at best with performing any type of services in the area that we live. But working with Costco/Glasgow was very positive. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and at an excellent price, which was half of what other estimates we're giving us. We would be using this company from now on. I recommend this company.

Since I purchased my condo, I've been using Glasco Heating & Air Conditioning for all my service and maintenance. They replaced my air conditioner as well as service my air and heating system. The customer service they've been very pleasant, clean up after themselves. I had concerns about the Emergency shutoff values in case of an Emergency. The service/maintenance Rep went out of her way to make tags and placed them on each appropriate value. I would highly recommend Glasco Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. for any services needs.

Highly recommend, Glasco did a great job installing my new furnace. They were pleasant and professional to work with, helped us pick out the best replacement option, did the work quickly and everything works great. They also completed all the work with a few weeks of our decision to replace the existing furnace. This was great since we were heading into their busy Winter season.
