The technician was professional, courteous and communicative about diagnosing our issue and relaying next steps about ordering the replacement part for our unit, receiving an estimate and following up to schedule installation. Air Solutions is always reliable and provides excellent customer service. The technicians always call when they are en route to the house and arrive as scheduled. Very professional and experts in their field.

Juan and Hector were a pleasure to work with. They installed a new AC unit in our house and I can highly recommend them. They were thorough and timely in their installation. They made a concerted effort to answer all of our questions and were so polite.

Talk about service! On Sunday, we lost heat and hot water. I called Air Solutions, and within 60 mins, a trusted, knowledgeable and diligent service tech arrived at our house. He diagnosed the problem and had the need part on his truck. He fixed our problem in no time…and with great care for the customer relationship.

Lewis and his crew (Jimmy and Ian) were fabulous. Did a great job cleaning our entire systems' ducts and vents. Very professional and friendly service.

Setting up the appointment was lengthy (no fault of theirs) but Christine in the office did an efficient job and was pleasant about it. Lamar showed up for the job on time but I had to apologize for keeping him waiting. He was gracious about it. I said "good job!" when he was finished, and it was!

Juan & Hector & others on the new system install team were terrific. I mostly interacted w/ Juan; he went through everything to make sure my system was up & working. He was thorough, patient, efficient & knowledgeable. My system works now thanks to his due diligence.
