We had an emergency repair of our boiler, which is ancient, and Billy came out within 24 hours and fixed us right up. Waiting for the bill, but overall, super fast and responsive, and did good work.

Reckless driving on I-70 in the snow. Almost caused two wrecks. When you're in a company car, you've got to drive more responsibly.

Very frustrating, didn’t show up for appointment, changed to the afternoon and didn’t show again, I called and they ended up coming 2 hours later. Charged me for a 15min visit that was not the service I asked for. So now I’m stuck with a bill and the service I need it was not done. Called customer service but there’s nothing they can do. I do not recommend this company.

I made an appointment Sept 8th for Sept 29th for heating issue at my townhouse. Time was set for 3PM even called to confirm day of the appointment at 3PM given had to take off work. They confirmed. Later company called at 2:15 saying on the way however gave no estimate as to ETA. By 2:35 they had arrived and because was not there blew off the appointment saying they would NOT help me. Absolutely disgusting customer service to let someone wait 3 weeks for an appointment and because they decided to arrive early (unconfirmed time) would not keep the appointment as scheduled. I hope these people rot for the way they treat people who are only trying to get functioning heat. Not sure how they sleep at night.

If a negative number was an option to give, I certainly would rate this business below 1 star. All work appointments were missed. No phone call or notification to indicate work was going to be delayed. The delays set our project back and was extremely costly. I would not recommend this business.

I needed some custom sheet metal cut and in a hurry. I called late afternoon and desperate and right before they closed and these guys stayed late and at they loaded them in my truck an hour later. Family run business, treats people as such. Highly recommend!

JDW replaced my old electric water heater with a 46 gallon TriangleTube storage tank that stores water heated from my boiler (which I already had for radiant floor heating). My old hot water system put out about 20 gallons per hour. My new system puts out 185 gallons per hour. Basically, I NEVER run out of hot water. And the slight increase in gas bill is more than offset by the saved electrical cost. I would highly recommend this indirect/"sidearm" type of domestic hot water. Everyone at JDW is professional, courteous, and follows through. Thanks JDW!
