I just cant say enough about the wonderful service TJ's provides Trinidad. I want to start off by mentioning that prior to purchasing my home, my furnace was almost shot - and a different local company was aware and knew that I would be reaching out for a replacement. That local company put me on a list and, around January, let me know that they would simply not have the availability to help me. I was panicked. Trinidad has finite resources and I was terrified that we would be without heat in the middle of winter. I called TJ's and spoke with Jill, who was kind, and clearly heard my issue. We have a member of our household with a disease that is VERY sensitive to temperature, and if the furnace died, we would be in a very scary medical position. She helped me understand that they operate a needs based list and take these things into account. That makes sense to me! I patiently waited until my furnace sounded like it was a rocket ship taking off, and gave them a call. Sam came out the very next day and agreed it was time! I was so impressed with the team. Very knowledgeable, efficient, gentleman work for TJ's including Sam's son. The did a brand new furnace as well as central air. I have comfort knowing that the very best team in town did the job and I can rely on them for all things temperature regulation. I am so grateful to have such a wonderful resource in town. TJ’s Mechanical did a great job at a fair price installing split unit AC’s at my house as well as a new furnace and cooling system at my guest house. Was having issues with a forced air furnace trying to diagnose issues put a call into TJ mechanical well after hours they worked diligently with me to help me diagnose and fix the problem. Hard to find dedicated folks like that anymore.

Sam came out as soon as I reached out with my problem, answered all questions and ordered the new furnace and go it installed in one day. It works so great as they found other issues that they also repaired. Very satisfied.

Fast, Responsive, Considerate, even when I called them back, thinking my swamp cooler wasn't working, they instantly broke away, came to my home and patiently showed me what I didn't understand. Amazing! Oh... And when a pneumatic fitting came loose they immediately returned to fix it. I think I even saw them on a following day here to double check it. Jill who I spoke to on the phone, made it all happen, it was like watching Opra. Thank you all for your kindness. Sincerely Thank you all. I Called Sam after a 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ recommendation from a friend in town who has several business locations & a home at 8am for an A/C unit that was leaking in our basement. Sam & his assistant were at my home at 10:45am & had the problem fixed by 11:30am. Sam is amazing; friendly, professional, reliable & honest. TJ's is now on my speed dial list.
