Arrival to the premises on time. Technicians, Trey and Hayden, were focussed and detail oriented at every stage of the furnace's installation. Accurate, logical and neat layout of pipe routing and furnace placement. Careful control of materials and work space. Safety and professional ethics were always observed. We contacted HeatSource Mechanical who responded timely by dispatching technician Jesse K. He conducted the needed adjustment(s) effectively and professionally.

The process of replacing the boiler system was excellent from beginning to end beginning with the sales representative Anthony to the installation by Hayden. There were two technicians that performed the install Hayden being the lead. He addressed any concerns and modifications/changes that occurred immediately giving confidence in the project. He performed a thorough test of the system and instructions on the operation of the new boiler before departure. Hayden let me know about the warranty and if any questions came up after they left I could contact the office or salesman Anthony.

Great work done by great people in a timely manner! Our furnace went out Thursday, they were there the same day for a diagnostic and we just got our new one installed Monday. They even lent us space heaters to keep our home warm.

I called at 8:30am, and by 12:30 I had a very knowledgeable technician looking at my boiler system. He found 2 things that needed to be fixed, showed them to me, then fixed them with new parts on the spot! The cost was reasonable. I am very happy with the fast and efficient repair of my furnace.
