The whole service was great from beginning to end. Their technician came to the house to service our furnace. Found that our gas furnace and water heater had out lived their service life. Within a few days, another team came in to replace both appliances. After they completed the install, the technician walked us through the operation of the appliances. They cleaned up the mass, picked up the tarps placed on the carpet. We are very happy from beginning to end. Thank you for your service.

I unfortunately had my boiler system fail and was faced with a full replacement. After a year of quotes and insanely expensive bids for the project Hardcastle offered me the original quote from a year prior and installed the new dual hot water/boiler combo at literally half the cost of their competitors and turned my utility room into something only seen on new builds compared to my thirty year old home. Will always refer and use this company first. Staff is amazing and helpful and the company puts customers first.

We had Joe and Tyler to our house for our furnace. Both were very professional and transparent with the issue. Our furnace replacement was efficient. They were very respectful of our home and kept everything taken care of. We would recommend them for future service.

My Furnace Experience A few weeks ago my furnace stopped working (mostly). It would work for a day or two then stop for a day, then work again, etc. I Googled issues and many things came up for why it could happen. I called Hardcastle Home Services and explained my situation. Literally, there was a technician at my house in less than 30 minutes. My furnace was 32 years old. Tyler (the technician) spent a lot of time checking things out, explaining to me the various issues he was observing, oil leaking, burned resistors, rust, corrosion, etc. All things you expect with a 32 year-old furnace. Then we discussed repair costs versus the cost of new furnaces. It was time for a new furnace. Tyler told me they could have a new furnace up and running in my house in 24-48 hours!! Well, it turns out, the day I was scheduled for the install, it snowed 26 inches at my house!!!! I truly expected a call to cancel. Nope. At 10:00am sharp, to my amazement, my doorbell rang. There stood Hayden and Ryan with smiles on their faces. They came in spite of the weather. After a quick review of the furnace situation and what they were facing for the install, Hayden says “Hey, you got any snow shovels? We need to shovel your driveway to get the truck in to unload the new furnace!!!” Folks, THAT is service. So the three of us got to work on 26 inches of snow. After clearing a path, the install began. Several “complications” came up during the install that were related to how my furnace was initially installed in a small closet. Hayden and Ryan worked through these issues easily. After about two and a half hours, the satisfying feeling of heat entered my home again. I could go on forever and not finish saying all the good things I could say about my experience with Hardcastle Home Services. From the people answering the phones, to scheduling, to diagnosis, to installation and follow up, I am VERY satisfied. I would HIGHLY recommend Hardcastle Home Services to anyone looking for quality local service.

I am a property manager and entered a home that I managed to find the furnace not working. The Hardcastle tech that came out right away was able to get our heater temporarily working so that the pipes didn't freeze during a light snow shower. The tech was prompt, professional, and quick. He returned the next day to get the furnace fully functional. It was a great experience with this company and I will be using them in the future!

My furnace humidifier was leaking, so I called Hardcastle and left message. Received a call back early in the morning and had a scheduled service call within 2 hours. Josh showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved it promptly. Excellent service. We had some good conversations while he worked. Will definitely call Hardcastle again when needed. Thank you!

Hardcastle came in timely manner gave me estimate. And returned to do the work. Travis was very knowledgeable and did a thorough inspection of system and knew exactly what I needed. When he returned to do the work it was done in timely manner. I appreciated them sending a little information on Travis background very enjoyable to work with. Tyler came with Travis to do the work and seemed like a hard worker and also enjoyably person to be around. I would recommend Hardcastle to anyone as long as they do business like Travis. Good job guys !

I had my water heater and all the plumbing in my house replaced over 2 days. (The pipes were outdated, too narrow, and not up to code.) Tom and his crew did a wonderful job, and fast. I bought several jugs of water to have on hand and was prepared to spend a night in a hotel, but I never needed to. They finished most of the work on the first day, and got the essential things working before they left. They provided great service and left the house clean. I'm very happy with how everything worked out.
