This organization is absolutely amazing! They provide full service- Andrea called to schedule the service and told me what to expect when the representative would be here. They gave me his ETA. He arrived on time. They assessed the house. Scheduled the service. Told me what to expect. Gave me ETA. Arrived on time again. Prepped the house with drapes and plastic.Nick went above and beyond by cleaning the HVAC system coils. They, Santiago, Mario, Nick, etc were meticulously clean, professional, respectful, and kept me abreast of each job and their lunch breaks. I felt comfortable with them in my home. They explained what they did and how everything works at the end. Told me to call with any questions. The inspector, John, came out to check the work and he was just as processional, respectful, knowledgeable and friendly!This organization is an A+. He answered questions that I had time to think about and did a few extra things around the house. What an amazing team! And woman owned company which they take pride in!

The rep did not try to sell me, but acted as an advisor. The Santiago and his team that did the work professionally. They were hard working, and respectful of our home.. They did a great job

This is a first class company. From the initial assessor to the guys that do the work-very professional. I had two days of mold remediation done in my attic and two days of air sealing and insulation work. Jesus Diaz was the foreman and his crew showed up on time and worked non-stop each day. Everyday a supervisor came to the site to check on the crew and to make sure I was satisfied with the work. My assessor, Ashley Bowers, kept me informed and did a great job explaining the proposal. I don’t have anything to compare the price to, but it seemed reasonable to me. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to friends and family.

Making the appointment was easy and the young woman was polite but getting the estimate has been a joke. My appointment was with Ashley and she was great. I was very happy with her service and knowledge. She offered to put together the quote and reach out to the electric company to get the rebate amounts, within the week. I agreed. A few weeks later I called Ashley, no answer or return call, then I sent a text-nothing. I sent an email-nothing. I called again and finally received a partial quote with no rebates via email. I responded and ask for the entire quote, including rebates because it would have been a significant difference. A few days went by and a few emails from me and no response. Finally I got an email asking to schedule an appointment, my response said I’m waiting for the completed quote. Several days later I get an email asking me to tell her about the services I wanted and she did not include the updated quote with the rebates. How many more emails am I responsible to send. This is a joke and I should send them a bill for my wasted time. The response is a perfect example of my comment. They have SEVERAL emails from myself and Ashley, stating the expectation but instead of reading the emails and sending the information, they respond to my comment and ask me to call them. I'm supposed to spend MORE of my time to get the quote from their company, when they know what is missing. Am I supposed to read the emails to them? It says quote with rebate information. Send the quote with the correct amount.

DeVere came through with super quick turnaround from the quote to scheduling to completion of the spray foam insulation in our project’s attic. I only wish these guys were a full service general contractor and my life would be so much easier. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Incredibly satisfied with the re-insulation job DeVere did on my attic earlier this week. After getting an estimate from salesman William Schumacher last week, I was able to get scheduled less than a week out. I feel like the price for my job was fair, especially after seeing what the team was able to do in my attic. What's best is that I can feel the difference in my home already. My heat pump is running less even with the cold snap we just had. I will definitely be calling DeVere when I need this done again!

I have not got the services provided yet, that will be in 2 weeks but I must say after I contacted DeVERE. The appointment was scheduled seamlessly without any issues. William Schumacher was really respectful, helpful, didn't pressure me to buy. He did a great job. Probably will have a updated review once the job is completed!. Updated review 12/19/20 Cecilio and his crew arrived on time (early), they put down a runner, wore shoe covers, were very respectful of my home! They were very professional, I can't say enough about the crew who came to my home on the behalf of DeVere!
