Accurate Insulation

They came in and did an estimate and had the installers there right after. The installers were both professional,hard working, and kind. They finished the job right before the cold front hit! Could not have asked for more

Had a great experience, these guys work so hard and the end product really shows. I had a pretty difficult project and these boys knocked it out of the park! Worth every penny

My experience in steamboat springs with this company was terrible. Ricardo was unresponsive to my communications and he failed to show up for two confirmed installation days. When the team finally arrived none of them spoke English and did not appear to know what the job was. Once they started, they accidentally cut my brand new vapor barrier liner in my crawl space (a $10k project completed the week before). I would not recommend using this company. They seem to be focused on serving big customers and let the little customers fall through the cracks.

I’ve been living in steamboat since 2014 and I’ve never seen such horrible workers. I’ve been staying at a hotel due to a skunk spraying our home and this companies employees have non stop been belittling this one younger employee every time I see them. I’ve even overheard one of the older gentlemen tell someone that this employee was only temporary and he had some family or friend he wanted to take his spot. I listen to them plan on ditching him and I’m pretty sure the younger guy doesn’t speak Spanish which is all the others speak. I’ve never been so ashamed on my own race. It was disgusting. Setting another up for failure since he isn’t in your clique. Disgusting.

We used this company to insulate our attic after an energy audit. This company was recommended because of their follow-thru when any issues arise. Thankfully, we had no issues, so I didn’t put this to the test. Working with Accurate Insulation was super easy. The quote process was fast and fair. Communication was easy. They even completed the work while we were out of town. And our home is significantly cooler now! They did a great job! I also think it’s great that they use processed recycled paper (from our own recycling plant!) in their insulation. Safe and good for the environment!

Accurate is a large company that can provide all of the types of insulation your project may need. I have found them reliable for showing up when they say they will, even through a pandemic.

I didn't bother using these guys because their quote was SIGNIFICANTLY MORE than their competition. The funny thing is their competition had to drive 2.5 hours to Steamboat from Cheyenne and stayed three nights in a hotel and they were still way cheaper!! There is no excuse for this kind of price gouging. They might appear to be the only game in town (Steamboat) but their are options out there north of the border. Alot of local Steamboat contractors use them and just pass their exorbitant costs on the home owner. Unless money is no object to you, beware, you're getting ripped off big time if your contractor is using these guys. Tell them to look elsewhere.

Accurate has great reviews, and that is why we chose them for our attic insulation removal job. We were very disappointed. The crew showed up on time the first day, with equipment that would not work, and after a replacement, it still didn't work. They shoveled out as much as possible in 3 hours time, and were to return the next day at 6:00 a.m. They didn't show until 8:30. Our sub-contractors lost a day and a half because of this. I must say, they sent out a representative who gave us a 20% discount, but I have not been able to receive a receipt for my payment. Before you hire them, we recommend getting a work agreement signed.
