When i first called Juan in American Attic, I was scouting for insulation for my attic space with several vendors. Juan was by far the most responsive, very detailed, and most importantly, for me no hard selling. I got very competitive price from them. Scheduling was breeze. I got notification the day before, and the day of arrival. They laid out plastic covers to ensure none of their work spills over in the living area. quietly, but efficiently completed the job in about nine hours. highly recommend American attic for the work

We had Juan and his team install a crawlspace vapor barrier for us. His price was fair and he was knowledgeable and responsive. His team was professional and neat, and went above and beyond. They didn't just install the vapor barrier but made sure the crawlspace was well sealed against pests and even fixed the loose hinges on our crawlspace door! I would highly recommend them.

They did an outstanding job of installing two sump pumps in my crawlspace. This completely fixed the problem of water in my crawlspace. We had a major 4 day rains storm and the pumps keep the water out. Juan is a very knowable and nice person to work with. He cares about the quality of the work he does. Highly recommend.

They left my attic real nice compared to how it used to look. I’m now able to use it for storage which is exactly what I needed. They did a deep clean, removed all debris and rat feces that was up there. Also installed plywood so that we have a floor. I was impressed with their work. They finished the job in just one day. The price was very reasonable compared to other estimates I received. I would gladly hire them again and I highly recommend them for anyone looking to transform their attic. Thank you Santos!

Juan did a complete investigation of our attic, and sent his crew out to get the job done. We definitely had a rodent residency problem in our attic! Alfredo, Noel, and Francisco did a fantastic job: they cleaned, sanitized, & deodorized the entire space. They set traps (which were successful) they put mesh coverings over all entry points , they removed our old insulation & furnace ducts, installed all new insulation & aluminum flex ducts ( rodents can’t eat through the aluminum), they did a thorough inspection and our attic has never been so clean! This crew of young men was personable, professional, utilizing excellent expertise and teamwork to get the job accomplished. We are so grateful to Juan & his crew- Thank you, American Attic!

I had an excellent experience with American Attic. From the moment I talked to Juan (the owner) to the completion of the work everything was outstanding. I found Juan to be very honest in the solution provided and his price was very reasonable. It was the lowest price out of three estimates I received. The installation crew was on time and they were very polite. They protected the areas of work with plastic and kept all areas very clean at all times. I highly recommend American Attic to everyone. They do outstanding work, are very honest and their prices are the best in the area.

I just had new R38 insulation installed by this company. My old insulation looked like someone threw cotton balls around in the attic. They did a great job for a reasonable price. They were punctual, professional and clean. Give them a try.

I was very pleased with the price, quality of service , communication and professionalism of Juan and his crew. The quote was very reasonable. The crew arrived on time and did the work with the least amount of disruption to me and my pets. It was a very hot day to be working in the attic, so I was happy to see that the crew took breaks to cool off (safety first!). Juan even sent me pictures of the work for my records.
