Trioteam

Got a bid for work but the owner-German. He turned put to be a Giant FLAKE! Came out several times to my residence for insulation, window and door work bids but he never followed through! Big waste of my time and my realtor time. Also was going to install R30 blown insulation into my attic according to his bid and R38 is the minimum requirement. I would recommend looking elsewhere for attic or general contractor work.

German and the Trioteam team did an great job installing insulation in the attic over my garage. Their prices were very reasonable. German was very professional, responsive, courteous, and always kept me updated. He was prompt and on schedule, neat, and cleaned up and left our house in order. I would definitely use them again and definitely recommend them.

Great experience with this company. I had a squirrel problem in my attic. They showed up on time, were extremely respectful, got right to work, explained the whole process, clean-up the job site, secured the entry holes with wire mesh, cleaned my attic, sealed it, put in new insulation, and repaired my duct-work. They were fast too!! In and out in a day, finishing before 2pm. I would highly recommend Trioteam because their focus is customer satisfaction.

During the winter time, we just moved into a new house and noticed that the floor was freezing and needed insulation. We called Trioteam for a free inspection and estimate. The inspector, German, was responsive and gave use detailed description of the materials and process. In addition, he was able to give us a great value for the whole process. Trio team is also very efficient. They were able to install the floor insulation the next day, and they were able to finish within 2-3 hours. If our attic needs new insulation, I would recommend Trioteam.

Trioteam was great to work with. They came out to take a look at our attic spaces and were very patient with me juggling zoom calls during the visit. My questions got answered and the tech made suggestions based on the space and what we wanted to do with it. The quote came quickly and was very reasonable. The work was scheduled almost immediately! When the crew came to do the job, they actually discovered more junk to remove that wasn't apparent at the inspection, but they removed it without upcharging for the additional work. I would highly recommend them!
