We decided to call out Lawnmaster because we had a bad experience with the quality of work and lack of attention to detail that we received from another local company. Lawnmaster was very prompt and professional about our situation and came through when we needed them. When the guys come out they pick up my kids toys that are in the yard before treating and they thoroughly cover every inch of my lawn with a high quality product. I look forward to using them for years to come and I highly recommend this company to anyone in their service area.

For over 3 years we have been battling pesky weeds in our yard to no avail! Our two neighbors down the street have the most immaculate yards in our subdivision, and when asking who they use, they gave us the number to Lawnmaster. Not only are their staff at Lawnmaster super friendly, but they are compassionate about their work, and will go above and beyond to make sure their clients are satisfied. Shane has been so helpful and we look forward to being a loyal customer with another perfect yard in our neighborhood! ◡̈

They did an okay job. We still had occasional weeds, but they treated the yard regularly. We canceled our service for horrendous customer relations. They treated my mother horribly after they accidentally sprayed and killed her landscaping. Then paid an aggressive and angry visit and denied their fault. We canceled our service at our home because of this. When I called, I asked if they would like to know why. The man said "nope, sure dont". And hung up. This shows you the level of professionalism and how they care for their customers. Run, don't walk away from this business.
* not sure how to respond to a reply from the nut job owner. I have never bragged on this business, nor even spoken to the workers who perform the service. Nobody asked for anything free, and I have no idea what this person is talking about. They provide adequate service and very rude contact. Also, this person has no idea who my mother even is. Weird. Another reason to runnnnnn!
* the owner continues to make a fool of himself by editing his review. He does not know my mother. Not mother in law. My husband has never bragged nor belittled the business. No one yelled, nor asked for anything free at any point. I dont know what yard he refers to as we have no trees, no shade. I'm not sure if he is confused, has been exposed to many chemicals, or is just belligerent. We simply canceled both lawn services due to behavior. As demonstrated by the owner response. Yay for 33 years in business. I'm assuming that is largely due to the owner not directly dealing with customers. The actual ones who do the work are perfectly fine, although I've never had an actual conversation with any of those guys. Read the other reviews from "Karens" about his bad behavior. They are also on Angie's list and Yelp. Best wishes- and my suggestion would be to hire a customer service representative to attempt another 33.

Sir-again, at no point in time did anyone ask you for a free service, to have "our tails kissed" etc. We used your company for years. It was fine. That's it. The only interaction i have ever had with you was today, when i called to cancel my service.. You are unfamiliar with what clients or lawns you are referring to as they do not describe our situation. Google, Angie, Yelp, TripAdvisor etc are created for people to gain valuable information about companies/services etc. It is clear that a nerve has been struck. Unfortunately, your workers ACCIDENTALLY killed my mom's tree and shrubs. Mistakes happen, right? What is not a mistake is your poor attitude, reported by reviews all the way back to 2015 (which I discovered today). Here is what big boy business owners do when they make a mistake. Ready? They acknowledge it. They fix it, and if they can't do that, they most certainly do not name call, beat on doors, hang up phones, make up lies, need to be asked to leave the property by an elderly woman. Nothing stated was terroristic. It was an honest account of our interactions. You tell potential clients that you don't "kiss tail" and give free stuff? Weird flex, but okay.
You are making yourself look worse. I gave 2 stars for adequate service. You get zero now. It would serve you best to hop in a work truck and put your phone away. Be well.

You have been canceled due to your treatment towards our employees. You bragged on us for years and then belittle our employees in an attempt to get free treatments and free work done on your mother’s property. We will not be bullied into giving you free things to appease you and your mother for reviews.
You can see by your reply ma’am that you are an extreme “Karen” and this is why the phone call was ended due to your loud yelling and rude behavior. We have been in business over 33 years and sometimes we run into a few like you and that is life. We do excellent work with premium products- hence why we were doing your mother in law’s property because your husband bragged on us a lot. We did as much as possible for your heavy shade and poor quality soil and tree roots etc property- those will get weeds in between rounds- unless you’d like monthly service which you did not. We are one of the very best at what we do- our team has been with us over 26 years of our 33 years in business. We do not mind canceling clients like you. We work very hard and give our very best every day. We can not help plants getting fungus - we only treated the turf. We didn’t kill anything. My office wall is full of write in compliments- we were pre Google and will continue to do what we do and be the best in the area at it. I tell everyone not to use us if you want your tail kissed and free stuff- use us if you want the best quality and results. We refuse to be terrorized with online reviews by those like you who try to use it to destroy good hard working companies because you don’t get your way. We aren’t afraid to stand up to those like you. . On Angie’s list or yelp or any other money getting paid site.

You have never been a client of ours nor done any business with us. You came to our property wanting our wooden fertilizer pallets and were kindly advised that we resell them. We took your information in the event that we had any left over or did not get them sold and you were told we would call you but that you were not allowed on our shop property without our permission and knowledge. You came back unannounced while we were conducting business and locking up. You cursed our employees with foul and hateful language and were advised to never return or it would be criminal trespass and law enforcement would be called.
