Gave this company 4 chances to show up on time, never did. Three of the times no call, no show. Had hired for sod installation. Finally yesterday, dropped a worker off at 11. Was supposed to be here at 9. Scheduled to trim bushes for sod prep. Scalped our Tipuo tree which didn’t need trimming. Now it looks like a q-tip or a Dr Sessus tree.

Hi. Thank you for your review. Your feedback means the world to us. Especially the unnecessary insults by you and the death threats made by your ailing husband. Who wants to work for people like that? I even gave you a discount. Not that it matters now. My worker trimmed the way he knew how and that is shaped tight around the plant. The tree I apologize for. I didn't discuss with my worker about it. It will all grow back. We didnt charge you for the labor on trimming because you weren't satisfied. You didn't specify the style in which you wanted things trimmed. It was trimmed so as not to interfere with the sod installation. I offered to pick up the trimmings free of charge to save you guys the trouble. As far as clients go you get 1 star for your despicable attitude and the disrespect i received from both of you. Please be sure to leave a scathing review at McDonald's the next time they mess up your order.
