Grow It Land Designs and Garden Center

We live on a zero lot line and it’s been difficult to design in the past. I decided to search for landscaping companies outside our immediate area this time, because there are so many companies in Frisco and Plano who charge according to the area, not by the job; i.e., we were overcharged too many times. First, we visited Grow It’s retail landscaping area - it was such a beautiful place with all its healthy plants, hanging baskets, and boulders in the back area! I immediately knew I was going to hire them to make our yard look better … they made it look gorgeous! We have shade areas and sun areas now, and Don (one of the owners and my designer) made suggestions I would never have thought of. I’m so happy we used their services and healthy plants! David and team did an amazing job upgrading the landscaping at our home. There were numerous design challenges, most especially landscaping around major changes to address drainage problems and providing privacy to our bedroom and living area. Pictures coming soon. Don completely designed a new look my our house. I feel like I am living in a brand new house! Don’s eye for design is impeccable. He far exceeded my expectations. We had a flagstone walk and patio put in that was beyond my expectations. We also had a new rock boarder and new trees and plants. I would not go with any other company but this one to have your yard designed and landscaped.

We recently finished a moderately large project that included irrigation, drainage, new beds with borders, and LOTS of plants. Jana Alexander was our project and design manager. The project was expensive but the job quality was superb and we feel like we got full value. The job itinerary was timely, the crew were excellent craftsmen and handled some complicated issues skillfully. Very satisfied!

Words cannot express how thrilled we are with the results of our recent project with Grow It. We had our patio extended by 10' and covered with flagstone. These guys are true artisans and take pride in their work. From start to finish, every stone was carefully placed and balanced so that water would flow away from the patio, not towards it. We also added several landscape beds, holly bushes for privacy, and installed moss boulders around our existing tree and new beds. David was great about suggesting a variety of native and flowering shrubs plus seasonal color. They also added river rock drainage along a side of the fence where the grass didn't grow, which has significantly cut down on the amount of mud the dogs track in. Thank you, Grow It! We would definitely do business again.

We have worked with David and his team at Grow It Land Designs for several years and we couldn't be more pleased with our yard! We get compliments all the time from neighbors who are out walking. The Grow It team totally redesigned and replanted our entire back and front yard beds and now do annual maintenance for us with seasonal color changes. Everything always looks so great!

Our front yard had not been updated in many, many years, and we wanted a complete makeover. When I called for an estimate, David came out quickly to take a look and sent the estimate the next day. He then came out and explained to me what he envisioned. Working with David and his crew was a pleasure from beginning to end. On the day they started the work, I mentioned that I wished we had planned a path down the side of the house. David was quickly able to rework that part of the design without adding much cost, and we are absolutely thrilled with how it came out. Many neighbors have stopped by to tell us it looks like a whole new house. We highly recommend Grow It, and will use their services again when we're ready for the backyard makeover!

LOVED IT! Take a walk through their garden style layout. There's plenty of shade, calming waterfalls and colorful plants. They didn't just have bulk plants just laid out. Their presentation was prestine, and their prices are VERY reasonable. They even have a few Plumerias which I talked to management about - they are considering getting more! I'll definitely be back.
