After having bad luck this season with finding a lawn care company, I landed on Augusta Lawn after doing a Google search and spoke with Ken about what I was looking for. After the second service, I was a little disappointed with a few things, and after venting these frustrations to Ken, he could not have handled it in a more professional way. I am beyond satisfied with my experience. He offered to give me 50% off the lawn service as well as coming out the very next day to resolve the issue and went over some options in the future to try and meet my needs for my lawn care. I was frustrated and expecting the worst when I called (based on my past experience with lawn care) and Ken still handled it with a professional demeanor, which I appreciate it. I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for lawn care.

They did a good job cleaning up my yard. The yard was a mess and I just purchased the home late last year and didn’t have time to clean it up myself. So Ken from the company came, cleaned it up quick, despite working by himself, and he was very accommodating and professional.
