Estate Landscaping & Lawn Management

I am the president of an HOA. We have recently started working with Estate Landscaping. I along with EVERYONE in the community could not be happier with them. Their attention to detail, professionalism is by far outstanding. Justin Lucas, Freddy, Richard and the entire crew of friendly professional and willing to go above and beyond. If you are considering hiring a landscaping company I would highly recommend Estate.

Unfortunately the rating system does not allow for ZERO stars, otherwise Estate would have been graded accordingly. When awarded the contract in our community, they were not well received, because of the higher cost for service. Supposedly they brought more expertise, which would in time save us all money in repair and/or replacement. I was willing to be patient, but instead became a victim of their superior knowledge. They claimed our hibiscus plants needed to be routinely hard pruned, to remain healthy and stimulate growth. After several weeks, five of my hearty blooms were dormant. I asked for immediate consultation and their representative took no responsibility for the current condition. When asked if they will replace, if now dead he said only what Estate plants. Being a phase one resident in Watermark (Fort Myers) I enjoyed 7 years of colorful, healthy and beautiful flowering shrubs. This is NOT coincidence and expecting the homeowner to shoulder the expense does not demonstrate sound business sense, or any attempt at good will. They will definitely cite company policy, when it is convenient and puts their customer at a disadvantage. I can only hope this review will discourage others, from considering their hidden agenda, to charge more and do less.

We use Estate Landscaping at our community and have been working directly with Mike Mendino on a number of projects. Mike has been very responsive, great to communicate with, is very professional and gets things done. Estate Landscape is fortunate to have such an asset on their team.

I have been having the pleasure to work with Don Benham for the last couple years . Don is knowledgeable and always willing to assist the residents of Bella Terra with their landscaping needs . He also takes the time to share his knowledge with our office staff so they can better explain the landscape and irrigation process to the residents. We have learned so much from him .He has fabulous lawn improvement ideas and is a definite joy to work with. I would highly recommend Don for design, install, and lawn maintenance to those who are particular and want outstanding service and improvement to their property . Best,

Even though our community (Villas III in Bella Terra) has only had Estate Landscaping as our vendor since January, there is a distinct visual difference for the better with our grass. Don B, the supervisor, is knowledgeable and to the point when approached during his rounds. My wife and I can't even imagine how our property will look during and after the rainy season. Kuddos to the entire team!

Our board switched landscaping providers in January 2023 to Estate Landscaping. In the short time that they have been in charge, we've seen dramatic improvements in the entire community. I attribute this primarily to our Community Manager, Don Denham! He's knowledgeable, accessible, and he gets things done. I'm on the board and make decisions on landscaping expenditures but know very little about landscaping. Don has the ability to explain issues in terms that I can understand so as to make informed decisions for our community. Thank you, Estate but more importantly, thank you, Don!

Living in the Bella Terra Community, I have dealt with a few landscaping and irrigation vendors over the past six years. By far, Don Benham, our current property manager for both our master and my sub-association, is more attentive and knowledgeable in the field than compared to the others. Dealing with Don as a resident and as the chair of the BT Landscape Committee, I appreciate his straightforwardness, attention to detail (both in the field and when reporting out), and most notable, the pride he shares in conquering any job. No matter how minor or major a concern may be, Don will do his best to see a job through so that a ticket is closed in a timely manner and the homeowner is pleased. Even though Estate has been tending to our landscape for only a little over four months in our sub-association, it has never looked so healthy or colorful. Being a teacher, the added bonus of "working" with Don is that I can be sure that on any given day, I will learn something new. The day Don retires is the day that I resign from my volunteer position.

I worked with Estate for many years. Nick Hamilton is by far the best account manager. He is responsive, knowledgeable, and extremely effective in handling large scale communities. As a Community Association Manager, you want someone like Nick on your team. I can't recommend Nick and his team at Estate enough!
