Hardscape Pros

Sadly, I have to edit my review. What once made this a 5 star is now a 1 star. LACK OF RESPONSE. 5 attempts to reach out over 10 days and zero response. My messages were clear which is why he is not responding. The concrete, which was an issue previously, has cracks that surpass normal settling. I asked for Brian to evaluate and give an opinion. No response. Obviously he expected this and made a decision no not respond. This is a review that if you read carefully you will understand that Brian and Hardscapes is the best choice for your project. Imho anybody can get a good review when everything goes well. I judge people and businesses when there are issues. We had such an event. The contract called for a rake finish to the concrete. The concrete pour occurred on a super hot day and was poured on a decent slant. The sub didn't have enough manpower and they did not follow the instructions for the finish. Brian owned the mistake immediately and took action to have it removed. This lead to a second issue. The piled up bad concrete killed the grass and damaged the sprinklers. Immediate action was taken. We had 3 sprinkler heads originally. I was not happy with the performance of the 3 heads and they were not working correctly Brian's crew returned the next day in which they added 2 more and made sure everything was perfect. The saw a problem and solved it. Overall, Brian is responsive, offers excellent advice, presents a fair value and most of all is honorable and stands by the work they provide.

Great crew... Dependable and hard working! We had a pretty big and challenging job, yet every step of the way Brian and his team took it on and made it happen! I felt like the crew was family by the end... They knew the kids and the dogs and were great guys to work with. Brian is a perfectionist, which is reassuring when you're taking on a big project and spending a lot of money. Planning to update pictures in the spring when the sod takes and everything looks green and lush!

I got 5 bids for 2 x 200 foot long retaining walls. Hardscape Pros was competitive and provided the most detailed layout map of our complicated job. They offered good suggestions for improvements, were on time & on budget. Brian & his crew were professional & we're happy with our retaining walls.

After surveying our property in Cleveland GA, it became clearly apparent that we not only had to remove 14 trees but we also needed to find a hardscape professional since half the lot was on a down slope. Before we could even think about bringing in a new park model cabin, we had to work on preparing the land to receive our new home. After interviewing several companies, we decided to go with THE Hardscape Pros of North Georgia, LLC. Upon meeting Brian, we knew we had the right man for the job. He presented himself with confidence, knowledge, expertise, patience and an amicable personality. We liked him at once. When Brian came back with a very competitive quote, we hired him and scheduled a start date. However, we had to deal with some preliminary unforeseen requirements from our HOA and perspective county. This process took longer than expected and we had to put everything on hold. Brian responded with great understanding, empathy and compassion. He told us not to worry and to just call him when we were ready. We did and we are glad we did. His team came in with 14 truckloads of dirt and over 700 blocks of decorative concrete. They even had to repair and relocate a storm water drain. For approximately 21/2 weeks, these men showed up on time, called with any delays or questions, worked hard together, exhibited professionalism and respect during the entire process. We had pizza party on the last day and when it came to saying our goodbyes, it was like parting with newly-found family. The photos below speak for themselves. Thanks so much, Brian and Team!

Hardscape Pros have done two large scale projects for me and did an amazing job on both projects. Very professional job, easy to work with, and a great finished product! Rudolfo and his crew amazing work.

Hardscape Pros really knows how to build retaining walls. I live on a hill and keeping the dirt where I want it is difficult but Hardscape Pros built 2 retaining walls and stone stairs which fixed many of the issues. I will use them again as I have a wood retaining wall failing and I will replace it with decorative block.
