We had new landscaping put in our front and back yard. I give the company a 5 star because of James King. James was at our house everyday during installation. He was available to answer my questions and make changes I wanted. James was the 5 star of this company

My opinion based on my experience. I hope your experience is better than mine. Pros: The mowing service was average. Cons: Their Customer service and company policies have shortcomings. Office Manager was not timely in her responses. It took 7 days for her to respond to my email. Their policy states that you must report damage within 24 hours of their service. This is impossible to do if you visit family out of town for 2-3 days or take a vacation. Here is an image of it so you can read it directly from their website. For awareness they don’t accept biweekly service. I am thankful this company and I parted ways. It motivated me to start doing it myself again. It’s good exercise and I’ll save some money. Update to reply to your post: Most of the damage was done by the company you bought. Their service repair person just communicated everything was on back order without a date of delivery of parts needed to repair. I guess you think buying out a company makes you not inherit their liabilities on previous damages. The previous owner agreed to repair but only part of it was repaired. However, you all did some minor damage too. This is how I learned about your policy. I sent an email to your Office Manager on 3/21/2024. She didn’t reply. I sent a second email on 3/26/24 asking her to please reply. She replied to me on 3/28/24. I was clear when I was communicating to you I would send information and pictures. I said that I would send information the following week. I sent it on time. I was busy because I needed to complete my taxes. The previous lawn care owner emailed me on 8/14/2023 stating “over the next few months we will be merging with All Outdoors.” There was no additional email from them or you all that a merger happened and emailed to me. You all sent me an invoice that service was done without giving me the option to approve you all to do service on my property. You didn’t email me with your terms of service and policies before getting permission to go onto my property. But after I had an issue you brought up your policies. I have an email from your Office Manager dated 10/19/2023 stating, “you will need to call or email me when you want to start back up and we can go from there.” I can forward it to you if you need a copy of it. I suggest you review what was truly communicated to me by your Office Manager versus what you think was communicated. There is definitely an opportunity for you all to improve on your Customer Service.

Thanks Joseph for the review. Yes you are correct on many things. The mowing was average, which is why we don't recommend biweekly services. Biweekly services are not healthy for your lawn and never look the best. As far as our customer services goes we responded to you multiple times in multiple emails. You said you were busy and didn't have time to respond. We do have a damage policy that damage must be reported within 24 hours. As we told you we understand if someone is on vacation. As you told me the damage was done over 6 months ago by the previous company that we bought. We would not and will not accept a damage case from 6 months ago by your previous company. You are also correct that we do not accept biweekly accounts. We bought the company you were with and we honored on all biweekly accounts they had. We did tell everyone that if they dropped service we would not reinstate the service at a later time. You stopped service and then asked to restart in the spring. We again told you that we would not start biweekly service again and you were welcome to move to weekly service. I'm glad you were able to buy a mower and service the yard yourself. I think that would be the best outcome for you. Best of luck with all your future lawn care services.

Great, timely service. They handle pretty much all lawn and weed maintenance, so they are really helpful. Very good with communication, always letting me know if there are delays or things going on. Their technicians are also friendly and do a great job.

AO took my sad looking pool area and turned it into an oasis! Communication was great, employees were professional and they were never in the way of my regular routines. I would recommend them for hardscape and lawn maintenance!

It’s almost Spring as evidenced by the arrival of mulch in the backyard and pine straw in the front yard. All Outdoors has been our go to partner for years and we’re very happy customers!

I had a timber retaining wall built around a large concrete parking area in my backyard. They had a large, well equipped crew, all of who were polite, professional and worked hard to get the job done in a timely manner. Unlike many contractors I've hired, they displayed a caring attitude and checked with me as the job progressed. They asked questions of me where needed, instead of working as fast as possible to get paid and leave. They even dug a 90' trench for me to run a power line out to my new shed which saved me a lot of time and effort. In short, they displayed pride in workmanship and I'm planning to hire them again this spring to landscape my front yard and build an additional retaining wall along side my driveway there.

We had a 117’ retaining wall with drainage and sod put in. The work was back breaking and just ALOT. We had an excellent Spanish speaking crew who I didn’t learn the names of, but they deserve everything!!! They worked so hard. I appreciated the fluidity of changing game plans when necessary and the sheer number of hours spent outside. I would highly recommend!

I would highly recommend this contractor for any residential projects. Things can go so wrong when doing projects but All outdoors has good people with attention to detail and integrity. Was great working with James , Nate, Brian, Greg and Brennon, all awesome to work with. Even the person answering the phone at the office was so professional and always available to help. All did a fantastic job on a critical front retaining wall, and repair work on an existing wall, turned out perfect! Will definitely use them again.
