I don't believe I would recommend this company to anyone if I was asked to... I will preface this by saying we don't have a flat lot... However... if you're providing "professional" services, I think you should be able to manage. The attached images represent the quality of lawn service that we've received on our latest, and last, servicing. Deep cuts, scalping, etc. etc... The employees noted that we have "a difficult lawn" and yes, we do, but the amount of scalping and deep cuts that are present are just ridiculous. I'd expect this from a high school kid trying to make some extra cash, not a professional service that I'm paying about $70 a mow for. The side walk image... this was a brand new house, the side walk wasn't damaged when we took over ownership and has since been damaged by the mowers many times. (No compensation given). The gate to our fence has been left over a number of times as well. Luckily, our dog hasn't attempted to run through the open gate -- and our toddler isn't outside without supervision. Otherwise, we have lost one, or both, at one point. Todd has been very responsive when talking with him via text or email. And when we complained the first time, he spoke with his team. The invoices we receive from them do not have a correct phone number (or Todd doesn't receive those messages) because I've used it a few times to no response -- until I text or email Todd.

I used this company for normal lawn mowing services. The representatives always responded to any of my questions within a timely manner. They always did an amazing job on both my front and back yard and always cleaned up after themselves. Thank you for your hard work and dedication to your customers lawns!

I've been using Todd and his team for 2 years. Exceptional service and professionalism. Always made sure to edge and clean up the residual lawn cuttings making everything look clean. I would still be using them if we didn't move out of state. Todd the owner is an outstanding communicator and very easy to work with. And his prices are very reasonable especially compared to most lawn services you will find in the area.

Todd and his team are very professional when it comes to their jobs. I have had lawn care people before who cut the grass and left, NOT Todd. They make sure they leave the lawn nice and clean. They blow the grass clippings off walkways and porches and clean up after themselves. He will always communicate with you on when you are on their schedule and will always communicate with you if the weather ruins their plan or they can't get to you. I love and admire their professionalism. I couldn't ask for a better team to cut and maintain my lawn! I have had them for over a year abd I will always recommend them to people.

This was mine and my husband's first time hiring lawn service service we were very pleased with their service! Their team did a great job with yard maintenance and were always on time. Todd, the owner, always communicated with us if his team would be late or needed to come the next business day (due to inclement weather or sick members). They ate reasonably priced and offered us military discount (we always appreciate that!). Would definitely recommend Todd and his crew for your lawn care (:

Todd and his team have been fantastic to work with. Todd's customer service and responsiveness are top notch. I filled out the online estimate form one evening after work, and the next day his card was in my door with an estimate.
